Sellers we have reviewed
The licensed telehealths we have written a review of, and which of the prescribable peptides above each one lists. Each goal page narrows this to the sellers for that goal.
Disclosure: This Peptide is reader-supported. Some links below are affiliate links — if you start care through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The order on this page is not commercial, and a commission never changes what we write about a provider. How we make money.

What we list, and what we will not.
We only point you to licensed telehealth providers, and only for peptides that are FDA-approved or legal to compound in the U.S. today. 10 of the 30 peptides we track clear that bar. Tesamorelin counts only as a brand-name drug, approved for a use no goal here covers. Compounded versions are not permitted, so we link no seller for it. The other 20 we cover as research, with no seller linked.
Each status is read from the FDA’s own documents, such as its list of substances nominated for compounding, and every goal page names the source for every peptide on it. We track 557 telehealth sellers.
Frequently asked questions
- Which peptides can a licensed telehealth prescribe?
- 10 of the 30 peptides we track are FDA-approved or legal to compound in the U.S. today: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide, Orforglipron, Sermorelin, NAD+, Glutathione, GHK-Cu, PT-141 (bremelanotide) and Tesamorelin. Tesamorelin counts only as a brand-name drug, approved for a use no goal here covers. Compounded versions are not permitted, so we link no seller for it.
- Why do some peptides here have no seller?
- 20 of the 30 peptides we track (MOTS-c, BPC-157, Kisspeptin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Epitalon, DSIP, TB-500, Retatrutide, MK-677, Thymosin alpha-1, Oxytocin, KPV, Melanotan II, AOD-9604, Semax, Selank, SS-31, LL-37 and 5-Amino-1MQ) have no FDA approval, and no FDA list we have read allows them to be compounded. We cover the research on each one and link no seller for any of them.
- How many telehealth sellers do you cover?
- We track 557 telehealth sellers and have published a review of 185. A seller is ranked on a best-of board only after we review it, and a board is published only when at least 3 reviewed sellers fit it. 12 boards clear that bar today.
- Do sellers pay to be listed?
- We have affiliate partnerships with some of the sellers we cover, but not all of them. A partner pays us a commission when you buy through its link, and it cannot pay for a review or a better score: the score comes from a published rubric that does not read who pays us. On the best-of boards, partners are listed first and labeled Partner.
- Where does your research come from?
- Our 165 research articles cite 1,159 sources between them. 752 are papers indexed on PubMed and 302 are FDA documents or drug labels. Each article lists its sources at the end.
