Disclosures
How the site is paid for, and exactly what that money reaches.
Effective September 2026
1.Where it stands today
No seller is a partner today.
No seller link on this site earns a commission yet. When one does, it will carry a Partner label on its row and its link. This sentence and that label are generated from the same record, so they change together.
2.How a commission works
Reading the site is free. Its business model is affiliate commission. A seller that is a partner may pay us when a reader follows our link and starts care.
Seller links go through a redirect at /go/ on this site. For a partner, the redirect sends the click through Katalys, the affiliate network that tracks it. We add no fee to what you pay.
This is a material connection under the FTC’s endorsement guides, 16 CFR Part 255. That is why it is disclosed next to the link, not only here.
3.What a partner gets
Two things, both visible:
- Position. On a ranked board, partners are listed first and labeled Partner. The sellers after them keep the order the board states. Every other seller list on this site is ordered by fit or alphabetically and never by partnership.
- A prompt. If you click a seller that is not a partner, a prompt may name a partner that sells the same thing. It links to both. Your original choice is one click away.
4.What a partner cannot buy
- A status. Regulatory status comes from FDA documents. A research-only peptide gets no price and no seller link, from a partner or anyone else.
- A price. Prices are the seller’s own published figures.
- A score. The scoring code does not read commercial status. A test checks that flipping it leaves the score unchanged.
- The research. What a study found is written from the study.
5.What we are not
We are a publication. We are not a pharmacy, a prescriber or a telehealth service. We are not affiliated with any drug maker. The only commercial tie to a seller is the commission above. See the medical disclaimer.
6.What a link passes on
A seller link carries referral tags: the seller’s name, the page area and the list position. It carries nothing that identifies you. The privacy policy has the details.
