The short version

Bayan is unusually open about its fees and keeps a single price at every GLP-1 dose. It is much less open about doses: no peptide page prints one. Its refund policy is strict, so treat the first two or three months as a firm purchase.

Bayan Health is a cash-pay telehealth for weight loss, longevity, hormones, skin and sexual health, founded by a nurse anesthetist. Its shop runs to about eighty products: compounded GLP-1s, peptides from sermorelin to PT-141, hormone creams, erectile dysfunction pills and lab panels.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are once-a-week injections with vitamin B6, at a flat price whatever the dose. Lower-priced microdose versions and drops placed under the tongue are sold beside them. No milligram strength is printed for any of them.

Sexual health

PT-141 is an injection sold as a two-month plan. The page explains that it works on the brain rather than on blood flow, but it prints no dose and does not mention the brand version's approved use.

NAD+ comes as an injection or a daily nasal spray, each shipped three months at a time. Neither page prints a dose. Glutathione is a two-month plan of 5 mL vials at 200 mg per mL, again with no dose. GHK-Cu comes as a face cream, an "advanced" face cream and a hair foam, all on three-month plans.

Prescriptions come from a partner telehealth network that the site says has more than 75 licensed physicians. A page profiles the network's founder, but the doctor who reviews your case is not named.

You choose a product, pay at checkout and then fill in a short medical questionnaire. The FAQ says you meet a clinician by video, audio or secure message, and the weight-loss page describes a video visit. Your card is charged only if a physician approves you. Provider messaging and follow-up visits are included in the monthly price.

What it claims, and what it cites

The GLP-1 pages promise weight loss of up to 15 to 17% for semaglutide and 20 to 26% for tirzepatide, crediting unnamed clinical studies. The results page leads with the founder's own 56-pound loss. The peptide pages describe benefits in general terms and cite nothing.

Can I cancel Bayan sermorelin after the first month?
No. Sermorelin carries a 90-day commitment billed at $99 a month, and it cannot be canceled in that window. After that it renews monthly until you cancel.
Is a doctor visit included in Bayan's price?
Yes. The consultation fee is part of the monthly price, and a published fee table shows how much of it goes to the physician network.
Am I charged if Bayan's physician does not approve me?
Checkout says the card is only authorized and is charged after approval. The refund policy adds that review and consultation fees are not refunded once a review has begun.
