AHBARx

AHBARx sells sermorelin in four forms, NAD+, glutathione, PT-141 and a GHK-Cu cream beside compounded GLP-1s. Most product pages cite one paper, and none of those papers is a trial of the product being sold.

The short version

AHBARx prints a plain monthly price on every product and reviews each refill at a follow-up consultation before it ships. Its evidence is thinner than its reference links suggest, and its sermorelin and NAD+ injections each cost $299 a month.

Visit AHBARx

AHBARx is a cash-pay online clinic founded by a pain-management physician, who is the one doctor its about page profiles at length. Its catalog covers sermorelin as an injection, film strip, troche and dissolving tablet, plus NAD+ by injection or nasal spray, glutathione, PT-141 and GHK-Cu. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, vitamin B12 shots and several oxytocin products for sexual health.

What AHBARx prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $349/mo

Compounded semaglutide is $249 a month and tirzepatide is $349, both injected under the skin with the provider guiding technique and dosing. Both GLP-1 pages print no dose, strength or titration schedule, so neither price can be tied to a particular dose.

Sexual health

PT-141 comes as eight 2 mg strips under the tongue for $259 a month, sold on both the men's and women's pages. A gummy that pairs 1.5 mg of PT-141 with oxytocin is taken before sexual activity, and a supply the page labels as one gummy is delivered monthly for $199.

Longevity

  • GlutathioneLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
    • Nasal spray (compounded)From $279/mo

NAD+ comes as an injection at $299 a month or as a nasal spray. The spray is 30 mL at 150 mg per mL for $279, used as one spray per nostril. Glutathione is a 5 mL vial at 200 mg per mL for $199 a month, and its page prints no dose or schedule. The NAD+ injection page calls the product an injection and, lower down, says it works without the need for injections.

Recovery

  • GHK-CuLegal to compound
    • Topical (compounded)From $209/mo
  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
    • Oral (compounded)From $299/mo
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $299/mo

Sermorelin is sold for recovery on the same pages. It comes as a 9 mg vial for injection or as eight 1,000 mcg strips, troches or tablets a month. GHK-Cu is a 30 g cream at $209 a month, applied as the provider directs, with no strength or schedule printed.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
    • Oral (compounded)From $299/mo
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $299/mo

All four sermorelin forms cost $299 a month, and each page lists sleep among the possible benefits. The dissolving tablet adds glycine, which the page says supports sleep quality, without citing any study of the combination.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The home page says every plan is reviewed by licensed, board-certified clinicians, and the about page says each one passes a credentialing interview. It does not name the clinicians who review intakes or write prescriptions. The only physician the site names is its founder, whose training is in pain medicine and rehabilitation rather than endocrinology.

You complete a brief online health intake and are then connected with a licensed provider. No page says whether that contact is a message, a call or a video visit. Every product page says each refill is reviewed during a follow-up consultation before it ships. The patient-portal preview describes that review as a follow-up questionnaire rather than a live visit.

Are labs required?

Only if a provider orders

No peptide or GLP-1 page asks for bloodwork before a prescription. The terms describe lab tests a provider can order through the site. No product page says when one would be needed or what it would cost.

What it claims, and what it cites

Most product pages end with a single reference, and each one is a review article about mechanism rather than a trial of the product on sale. The PT-141 strips and gummy cite a 2022 review of bremelanotide for low desire in women, whose trials used an injection, not a strip or a gummy. The sermorelin and GHK-Cu pages cite nothing at all.

How it bills

Every product has a delivered-monthly price, and several also offer a three-month delivery or a plan charged every six months. Glutathione, for example, is $199 a month for a 5 mL vial, $299 every three months for 30 mL, or $499 every six months. Nothing is returned once the pharmacy ships. Before that, the terms allow a refund within 48 hours of the first payment or ahead of the next renewal.

The evidence behind what it sells

Right for

Readers who want sermorelin in a form other than an injection, or PT-141 as a strip, and who value a clinician reviewing every refill before it ships.

Look elsewhere if

Anyone who wants published evidence for the exact product, since no product page cites a trial of what it sells, or who wants sermorelin for less than $299 a month.

Frequently asked questions

Is AHBARx sermorelin cheaper as a troche than as an injection?
The injection, film strip, troche and dissolving tablet each cost $299 a month. The choice between them comes down to form, not price.
Does AHBARx name the pharmacy that compounds its medicines?
It does not. The home page says medicines come from US-based, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. The terms leave the pharmacy list as an unfilled placeholder.
Can I get a refund from AHBARx after my order ships?
Prescription sales are final once the package reaches the carrier. Before that, the terms allow a medication refund within 48 hours of the first payment or ahead of a renewal.
