These terms apply to every page on thispeptide.org. “We” and “us” mean This Peptide. “You” means anyone who uses the site.

Using the site means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

This Peptide is a guide to prescription peptide therapy. It is organized by goal: weight, sexual health, longevity, recovery and sleep.

For each peptide it reports the FDA status, the published research, and which licensed telehealth providers prescribe it. It is a publication. It sells, prescribes and dispenses nothing.

Nothing on the site is medical advice. Reading it creates no relationship with a clinician.

Links to sellers pass through a short redirect on this site, at an address that starts with /go/. The redirect sends you to the seller’s own page.

No seller pays us a commission today. If one ever does, it will be named on Disclosures and on its review.

Anything you buy, you buy from the seller. The seller’s terms, prices and refund rules govern that purchase. We are not a party to it.

Prices on the site are the sellers’ own published prices. Where a seller publishes a fee you cannot avoid, we add it to the price.

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when they do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute about these terms or the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This clause does not remove a consumer right that the law of your own state says cannot be waived.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it.

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
