YourEra

YourEra names its medical practice and all three of its pharmacies, and says plainly that your card is charged before anyone speaks to you.

Review by Craig Palmer, peptide pharmacology writer · Updated September 2026

The short version

On the questions this page exists to ask, YourEra answers. The practice is named, the three pharmacies are named, and the terms say in their own words which part of the process people misunderstand. The gap is the price, which is published only as a discounted six-month rate.

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are the weekly injections, and a separate microdosing protocol runs a lower dose for a gentler ramp. The rate does not move as the dose climbs, which the site states directly. A welcome kit with injection supplies is included, as are dose adjustments. No dose in milligrams is printed for any of them, so the published figures cannot be compared against anyone else's by strength.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $170/mo

NAD+ and compounded sermorelin are both sold, and the sermorelin page is more careful than most. It describes the molecule as a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that signals the pituitary rather than replacing the hormone. It sets the injection in the evening to match the overnight rhythm, and says a clinician sets the dose and schedule, with check-ins through the portal. It also says in its own footnote that the preparation is compounded, is not FDA-approved, and that the vial shown on the page is a marketing image rather than what arrives. No dose in milligrams is published for either product.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

      Who prescribes

      A licensed clinician

The prescribers are named, which is rare enough to be the reason to read this page. What is named is the network rather than a person: care is provided by licensed clinicians at Thryv Telehealth by Lavin, P.C. The terms describe that practice as exercising independent professional judgment which YourEra says it cannot overrule. No individual clinician is named. The pharmacies are named too, all three of them: MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, Galleria Medical Pharmacy and VialsRx, with the terms explaining that which one fills an order depends on the product and the state. Most of this category names neither.

The intake is a questionnaire and the review of it is asynchronous, which the terms state rather than imply: a clinician reads what was written and decides without speaking to the patient in real time. A live visit by video or telephone happens where state law requires one, where the clinician judges it necessary, or on request at no additional charge, and the terms say a request can be made at any time. What the intake will not do is show a price first. Every route into it opens with "Enter your email to continue", and the plan page sits behind roughly a dozen medical screens and an attestation that the answers given are true and complete. What follows is unlimited care messaging, dose adjustments and provider evaluation, all listed inside the program price. The charge lands when the clinician issues the prescription, so in most cases a card is charged before anyone has spoken to the patient. YourEra says so itself, and adds that this is the part people most often misunderstand.

      Are labs required?

      Not asked for

No bloodwork appears anywhere in the sequence the terms set out, and no lab charge is named. The intake questionnaire is the whole of what a clinician sees before deciding.

What it claims, and what it cites

The outcome claims are the ordinary kind and the disclosure around them is better than ordinary. A before-and-after panel credits a verified member with 94 lbs lost and carries a line saying results are not typical and depend on adherence, diet and exercise. Six testimonials give first names and cities. A 4.8 out of 5 rating is attributed to verified reviews without saying how many. A banner counts more than a million Americans on GLP-1s, which is a statement about the category rather than about this seller. Against that, the compounding disclosure is thorough: the footer states the products are not the brand-name drugs, names Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly, and says compounded formulations have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

      How it bills

The public figures are all floors: from $79 a month for semaglutide, from $159 for tirzepatide, from $170 for NAD+ and from $179 for microdosing. Reaching a real one takes an account and a full medical questionnaire. The two that carry an explanation say it reflects the six-month plan, and a banner adds that a 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout, which puts the undiscounted six-month rates at $99 and $199. No rate for a buyer who does not commit to six months appears anywhere public. The terms are candid about where it does appear: the price of a first order, the price of each refill and the interval between them are shown at checkout, before payment details are given. Of those four, only the NAD+ and microdosing figures carry no six-month qualifier. Walking the microdose checkout produces the rest. Its plan page prints "Each month includes 4 weeks of injections", which is the fact everything else turns on: a month here is 28 days, so thirteen fills land in a calendar year. Month to month, microdosed semaglutide is $129 and tirzepatide $199, or $140 and $216 a calendar month. Twelve-week plans run $108.33 and $166.67 a month. The plan covers membership, medication, shipping and support, and nothing is charged until screening is complete and treatment approved. The catalog advertises microdosing from $179 a month, which is none of those four rungs. Subscriptions renew automatically with a reminder before each renewal and an annual notice, and cancellation is self-serve from the account with immediate effect.

      Frequently asked questions

      Who actually prescribes at YourEra?
Licensed clinicians at Thryv Telehealth by Lavin, P.C., a practice the terms name. YourEra states it does not practice medicine, does not influence prescribing decisions and cannot overrule them. No individual clinician is named.
      Which pharmacy fills the prescription?
One of three, and all three are named: MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, Galleria Medical Pharmacy or VialsRx. Which one depends on what is prescribed and the state the patient lives in.
Will I speak to a clinician before I am charged?
Usually not. The review is asynchronous and the card is charged when the prescription is issued. A live visit is available on request at no extra charge, and the terms say the request can be made at any time.
What does YourEra cost a month?
It depends which product, and on reading the week count. NAD+ is published at $170 a month. Microdosed semaglutide is $129 month to month and tirzepatide $199, but each of those buys four weeks, so thirteen fills land in a year and the calendar figures are $140 and $216. The standard semaglutide and tirzepatide floors, $79 and $159, are six-month plan rates.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancellation is self-serve from the account and takes effect immediately, or by email. A refund is full before an order is dispatched and unavailable afterwards, because a compounded preparation cannot be returned to stock.
