50 Stars Health
A telehealth platform that names its pharmacy and prints every GLP-1 dose. It does not name the clinicians who prescribe.
Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated September 2026
The short version
50 Stars Health is open about the medicine and quiet about the people. You can see each GLP-1 dose, the pharmacy and the follow-up schedule. You cannot see who reviews your case, and its outcome claim rests on patients' own reports.

Visit 50 Stars Health →50 Stars Health is the trading name of LIVV Care LLC, the company that runs the site and takes payment. It is a broad telehealth platform covering weight loss, hormones, longevity, sexual health and hair. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as injections. The peptide line is sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, and glutathione. Each product has a monthly, three-month and six-month plan.
What 50 Stars Health prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $146/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $220/mo
Compounded semaglutide is $146 on the monthly plan and comes with vitamin B12. The page lists doses of 0.2, 0.4, 0.75, 1.0 and 1.2 mg. Compounded tirzepatide is $220 a month, with doses from 2 mg to 14 mg and vitamin B3. The FAQ calls both a once-weekly injection. The provider picks the dose, and every dose costs the same.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $128/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $209/mo
- Nasal spray (compounded)From $128/mo
NAD+ is $209 a month as an injection, usually given two or three times a week. The nasal spray is $128 a month, one spray in each nostril twice a day. Glutathione is $128 a month, injected three times a week. None of these pages prints a strength in milligrams.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $195/mo
Sermorelin is $195 a month, injected five times a week before bed. The page frames it around body composition and recovery over several months. No strength is printed.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $195/mo
The sermorelin page says you may sleep better in the early weeks. Its sources are growth hormone reviews, a Mayo Clinic drug entry and a document from a company called Medical Anti-Aging. None tested sermorelin for sleep in adults.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The terms say 50 Stars Health does not practice medicine. It connects you with independent, state-licensed providers who make every clinical call. The site does not name those prescribers or a medical group. The FAQ says prescribers are assigned by expertise, state license and availability. Each product page features Dr. Gidon Akler, MD, board-certified in medical genetics. No page says he reviews patients. The terms name the pharmacy: SevenCells, the designated fulfillment pharmacy.
You start with a short health questionnaire and a photo ID check. A provider then reviews it, which the FAQ says takes up to two business days. Some states require a live audio or video call first. Elsewhere the consult runs by message in your patient portal. After you start, you can message your provider any time. A follow-up check-in comes every three months for most plans, mostly a short online form.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
The GLP-1 and peptide pages do not mention bloodwork. The FAQ says some treatments need labs, such as enclomiphene for testosterone. Those results go up within 10 days of the intake, from a lab like Quest or LabCorp.

What it claims, and what it cites
The homepage says patients "can lose up to 16% of their starting body weight". A footnote says this is based on self-reported patient data, not a trial. The GLP-1 pages cite the branded semaglutide and tirzepatide trials. They also say the compounded versions are not FDA-approved. Each page claims third-party testing of every batch for sterility and endotoxins. No lab or report is linked. The NAD+ and glutathione pages cite reviews of cell biology. They cite no trial of the injection or spray sold here.

How it bills
Every price is a subscription. The site says it covers the consult, follow-ups, medication, supplies and shipping, with no other fee. The three- and six-month plans cost less a month but bill the whole cycle up front. You can cancel in the portal up to two days before the next charge. Refunds stop once a provider has reviewed your order. Sending the prescription to your own pharmacy costs a $125 consult fee.
