Who prescribes

Vita Bella describes itself as a management organization that partners with medical practices, and its terms say plainly that it neither owns those practices nor employs the clinicians who treat you. The about page names four doctors, one of them as head collaborating physician, and the membership FAQ says the providers include nurse practitioners and physicians, but nothing says which of them you will see.

After a short online intake you book a 45-minute video consultation before any prescription, which the site describes as face to face with your provider and which ends in a written protocol. Once you are on treatment, the membership includes quarterly check-ins with the care team, clinical messaging at any time and what the site calls round-the-clock clinical support.

Are labs required?

Pages disagree; extra cost either way

The FAQ says labs are required only for hormone therapy and highly recommended for everything else, but every product page now reads "Labs required, not included in membership" and says the provider sets the dose after your labs. Either way they cost extra: a Quest panel is $89 for the essential version or $199 for the comprehensive one in most states, and $249 or $399 in some others.

What it claims, and what it cites

The sharpest claim is on the semaglutide page, which promises up to 15% of body weight, fast, with no study named. The sermorelin page promises more muscle, weight loss and better sleep without a citation, and the category pages show customer-rating bars with no survey behind them. Each product page carries a supplement-style FDA disclaimer, and a site-wide footer adds that some treatments may not be FDA-approved.
