Vita Bella

Vita Bella is a membership clinic built around hormone therapy that also prescribes sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and PT-141, each priced on top of a $129 monthly membership with a three-month minimum.

The short version

Vita Bella is one of the few sellers here that puts a live video consultation and quarterly check-ins in front of every prescription, which suits someone who wants a clinician in the loop. The price of that is structural, because every peptide figure it prints sits on top of a membership you cannot drop for three months, plus a consult fee and shipping.

Visit Vita Bella

Vita Bella is a cash-pay telehealth membership whose center of gravity is testosterone and other hormone therapy, with weight loss, anti-aging, sexual wellness, hair and skin built around the same plan. The peptides this site covers are sermorelin, glutathione, NAD+ as a vial or a nasal spray, and PT-141, and it also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with vitamin B6.

What Vita Bella prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $109/mo$238 a month with the required membership, our total
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $159/mo$288 a month with the required membership, our total

Compounded semaglutide with B6 starts at 0.25 mg weekly and tirzepatide with B6 at 2.5 mg weekly, and the semaglutide plan adds an anti-nausea medicine at no extra charge.

Sexual health

    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo$328 a month with the required membership, our total

PT-141 is an injection taken as needed, and the page lists the dose simply as varies, so it prints no dose and leaves the amount to the provider.

Longevity

  • GlutathioneLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $149/mo$278 a month with the required membership, our total
  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $124/mo$253 a month with the required membership, our total
    • Nasal spray (compounded)From $124/mo$253 a month with the required membership, our total

NAD+ is sold as a vial or a nasal spray, both taken two to three times a week and both starting at 25 mg with a slow increase to tolerance, which is more dosing guidance than most sellers give. Glutathione is a 200 mg per mL injection taken two to three times a week, with no volume per dose printed.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $132/mo$261 a month with the required membership, our total

Sermorelin is a subcutaneous injection of 0.3 mL taken five times a week at night, which gives the volume and the rhythm but not the strength of the solution, so the actual dose in micrograms is never printed.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $132/mo$261 a month with the required membership, our total

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

Vita Bella describes itself as a management organization that partners with medical practices, and its terms say plainly that it neither owns those practices nor employs the clinicians who treat you. The about page names four doctors, one of them as head collaborating physician, and the FAQ says care comes from nurse practitioners and physicians, but nothing says which of them you will see.

After a short online intake you book a 45-minute video consultation before any prescription, which the site describes as face to face with your provider and which ends in a written protocol. Once you are on treatment, the membership includes quarterly check-ins with the care team, clinical messaging at any time and what the site calls round-the-clock clinical support.

Are labs required?

Recommended, not required

Labs are required only for hormone therapy and are described as highly recommended for everything else, including the peptides. They are not included in the membership: a Quest panel is $89 for the essential version or $199 for the comprehensive one in most states, and $249 or $399 in some others.

What it claims, and what it cites

The outcome claims are aimed at weight loss and run ahead of their sources: the semaglutide page promises up to 15% of body weight, fast, and the tirzepatide page an average of 22%, with no study named for either. A weight calculator projects pounds lost from what it calls patient feedback, and the peptide pages promise better sleep and less brain fog without a citation. Each product page carries a supplement-style FDA disclaimer rather than a statement that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

How it bills

Every price carries the note that it applies with membership, consult and provider approval. The Performance membership is $129 a month, or $179 in California, with a three-month minimum before it turns month to month, plus a one-time $99 consult. On top of that, sermorelin is from $132 a month, NAD+ from $124 as a vial or spray, glutathione from $149 and PT-141 from $199, so sermorelin alone comes to $261 a month before the consult. Shipping is charged per order unless the order passes $500. Vita Bella has a strict no-refund policy, cancellation goes through a portal form at least 24 hours before renewal, and HSA cards are accepted for medication.

Frequently asked questions

What does Vita Bella sermorelin really cost each month?
The medication is from $132 a month, but it requires the $129 monthly membership, so the monthly total is at least $261, plus a one-time $99 consult and shipping.
Can I cancel Vita Bella after one month?
No, because the membership carries a three-month minimum, after which it rolls to month to month and can be canceled through the portal at least 24 hours before renewal.
Do I need labs for peptides at Vita Bella?
Not strictly, since labs are required only for hormone therapy, but the site recommends them for everyone and charges for them separately.
