ShedRx

ShedRx, which calls itself Shed, prescribes sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, a PT-141 tablet for women and a GHK-Cu hair serum beside its GLP-1s. Follow-ups are unlimited, but every program has a two-month minimum.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated September 2026

The short version

Shed is a weight-loss brand, with more than 150,000 members by its own count, that has added a short peptide shelf, and the support around it is generous: a coach, a nurse and as many provider follow-ups as you want. The weak spots are thin dosing detail on the peptide pages and terms that are stricter than the marketing. Expect to pay for two months, whatever a product page says about canceling anytime.

The price stays flat as the dose rises, though no dose ladder is printed. A microdose line starts at $149 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, with a two-month minimum. Foundayo and the Wegovy pill are $149 a month for the medication, paid to the pharmacy, plus a $125 monthly membership.

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $169/mo
    • Nasal spray (compounded)From $144/mo
    • Oral (compounded)From $169/mo

NAD+ comes as an injection three times a week, a daily nasal spray or a daily tablet, and none of the three prints a strength. The FAQ leaves the form and schedule to the provider. Glutathione is an injection taken twice a week, again with no strength on the page.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
  • GHK-CuLegal to compound
    • Topical (compounded)From $76.33/mo

Sermorelin is the recovery product as well, on the same $199 monthly plan. GHK-Cu is a copper-peptide scalp serum for thinning hair, used as part of a daily routine, at $76.33 a month on a required three-month commitment. Its page cites two papers by one research group and prints no strength.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo

Sermorelin is an injection, and the product card says it is taken five times a week. The FAQ gives a general range of 100 to 300 micrograms at night, in cycles of three to six months, but no vial strength is printed. Active cancer, pituitary disorders, pregnancy and diabetes are listed as reasons for caution.

Prices are the seller’s own published starting figures, each in the unit the seller states. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

Clinicians in an independent provider group write the prescriptions, and the terms say that group makes every clinical decision, including whether you need a visit. The site names two doctors on its care team, an internal-medicine physician and an osteopath, along with a nurse and a nurse practitioner. It does not say which clinician will review a given intake.

You answer an online health form that the site says takes three to five minutes, and a provider reviews it, usually with no appointment. The FAQ says that in some states, or for some treatments, you meet the provider in a live virtual visit instead. Once you are approved, provider follow-ups are unlimited at no extra cost, and the plan adds a health coach, a nurse and text support. The site says some of those texts may be answered by an AI assistant that a coach monitors.

Are labs required?

Not mentioned

No peptide page mentions lab work, and the intake is a written health history. The terms leave any check-ins or monitoring to the provider group rather than to Shed.

What it claims, and what it cites

The weight-loss headlines lean on Shed's own members: a 9.8% average loss and a claim that coached members lose 34% more, both from self-reported data. The compounded semaglutide page borrows its 15% figure from trials of brand-name Wegovy. The Foundayo page names its trial and gives the placebo result. The longevity pages mostly describe what NAD+ and glutathione do in the body, while the sermorelin page quotes a staff doctor with no source.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel Shed after one month?
Not under the terms. Every medication program carries a two-month minimum, and cancellations must reach Shed at least 72 hours before the next billing date.
Does Shed charge a membership fee for sermorelin or NAD+?
None is listed on those pages. The $125 monthly membership applies to the brand-name weight-loss medicines, whose drug cost is paid to the pharmacy separately.
Will I see a doctor on video before getting a peptide from Shed?
Usually not. A provider reviews your written answers, and a virtual visit is required only where your state or the treatment calls for one. Follow-up appointments are free after approval.
