PreventiveMD prints its whole price table on each page. It names its two compounding pharmacies and lets you choose one. The headline figures are longer-plan averages, so read the one-month row first. Approval rests on a questionnaire alone, and the prescribers are not named.

PreventiveMD is a cash-pay online clinic. It sells four peptide plans: sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and GHK-Cu cream. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Brand Foundayo, Wegovy and Zepbound are filled through outside programs. A separate page lists twelve investigational peptides, including BPC-157 and MOTS-c. The seller says none of them is part of its protocols.

Compounded semaglutide starts at 0.25 mg weekly and rises to up to 2.4 mg weekly. Compounded tirzepatide starts at 2.5 mg weekly and rises to 5 to 15 mg. Both step up every four weeks as tolerated. Foundayo and Wegovy carry a $49 monthly membership, plus medication from $149 a month. Zepbound medication starts at $299 a month, plus the same membership.

NAD+ is a subcutaneous injection taken several times a week. Glutathione is an intramuscular injection, one to three times a week. Neither page prints a strength. Both pages say labs are not required to start.

Sermorelin is sold for recovery on the same plan. GHK-Cu comes as a compounded cream. A pea-sized amount goes on once or twice daily. The page gives no cream strength.

Sermorelin is a nightly injection at bedtime, five to seven nights a week. The page prints no strength. The provider sets the dose. The page calls adult use off-label and its evidence small.

A U.S.-licensed provider reviews each request. The site does not name the providers who review intakes. It names two physician advisors, a DO and an MD. Their stated role is choosing the protocols the clinic offers. The site does not say they prescribe.

You pick a plan, check out and answer a medical questionnaire. Your card is held, not charged, until a provider approves. The FAQ says reviews are asynchronous, with no live appointments. A video visit is not mentioned in the intake steps. A paid video consult is listed as coming soon. You can message your provider through a patient portal. A check-in form arrives five days before each renewal. It asks how the medicine is going and what dose you want next. The provider decides the refill dose.

Labs are not required, and the clinic does not order them. You may upload recent results to the portal. The sermorelin page says a provider may monitor IGF-1.

What it claims, and what it cites

The GLP-1 pages quote brand-name trial results. Those trials studied brand drugs, not compounded versions. The peptide pages are more guarded. Each says human trials are small or limited. The glutathione page links one six-month trial for its immune figure.

Sermorelin and NAD+ cost $149 for one month or $417 for three. Glutathione costs $124 for one month or $342 for three. GHK-Cu cream costs $119 for one month or $327 for three. Semaglutide costs $119 for one month. Tirzepatide costs $139. Longer plans are paid up front. The price includes the provider review, supplies and shipping. There is no membership fee on compounded plans. The refund policy gives a full refund only before a provider starts the review. Once the pharmacy starts filling it, the order is not refundable. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
