Joi + Blokes
Joi + Blokes publishes the seven pharmacies that may fill its prescriptions, which almost nobody does. Canceling still means three months of payments and thirty days' notice.
Review by Craig Palmer, peptide pharmacology writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
The pharmacy disclosure here is unusual: seven named by name in the terms, from Strive and Empower to Tailor Made and Partell. What surrounds it is less careful. Nothing injectable prints a milligram, the compounded GLP-1s are sold only as a three-month plan, and "cancel anytime" is, in the terms, a three-month minimum commitment followed by thirty days' notice.

Lowest listed: Glutathione injection, from $239 for 15 weeks ($69.24 a calendar month, our arithmetic)
Telemedicine is claimed across all fifty states, while testosterone and hormone therapy are excluded from sixteen and compounded semaglutide is said to be unavailable in an unnamed set; New York and New Jersey get different prices behind a location check
Visit Joi + Blokes →Joi + Blokes runs two storefronts on one checkout, Joi for women and Blokes for men, with an identical longevity and weight-loss catalog behind both. The peptides are sermorelin, vasoactive intestinal peptide, oxytocin nasal spray, glutathione, a GHK-Cu skin cream and the bremelanotide inside a combination troche called The Mood; the GLP-1s are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with liraglutide and a brand Zepbound program alongside. Around them sit testosterone and hormone therapy, rapamycin, low-dose naltrexone, eleven supplement lines, four lab panels and a clothing range. The skin-care shelf, and therefore the copper peptide, exists only on the women's side.
What Joi + Blokes prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)Price not published
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)Price not published
The compounded GLP-1s come only as a quarterly plan. Semaglutide is $537 for a three-month supply, shown as $179 a month with a $99 first month, and tirzepatide is $747 for three months, shown as $249 a month with a $149 first month. The other plan options on both pages print $0.00, so there is no month-to-month way in, and neither carries a ranked monthly price here. No dose is given either: the site says the concentration and any added B12, glycine or L-carnitine depend on your individual clinical needs.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $239 for 15 weeks$69.24 a calendar month, our arithmetic
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Nasal spray (compounded)From $150/mo
- Injection (compounded)From $400 for 10 weeks$173.81 a calendar month, our arithmetic
NAD+ is $150 a month as a nasal spray on subscription, or $400 for a ten-week supply of injections, which the site itself renders as $172 a month. Glutathione is $299 one time for fifteen weeks, or $239 for the same fifteen weeks on subscription, which the page shows as $69 a month. Neither prints a strength, and only glutathione prints a frequency: one to two subcutaneous injections a week. There is no dose for NAD+ at all.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $559 for 12 weeks$202.42 a calendar month, our arithmetic
- GHK-CuLegal to compound
- Topical (compounded)From $79.50/mo
Sermorelin is $559 for a twelve-week supply on subscription, shown as $186.33 a month, against $699 one time. No dose, no strength and no schedule appear on the page, and the shop index advertises a third figure, $199 a month, that matches neither rung. The GHK-Cu cream does print a strength, 0.5 percent, at $159 for two months, and it cites a paper by link.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $559 for 12 weeks$202.42 a calendar month, our arithmetic
The sermorelin page sells the night first: deeper sleep in month one, then skin and metabolism, then libido and focus, then a claimed 5 to 10 percent fall in body fat by month six without diet or exercise. That figure is credited to "studies" and no study is named. The same page calls sermorelin a compounded growth hormone, which it is not; it is a releasing-hormone analog that asks the pituitary to make growth hormone itself.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The site names no prescriber. Its homepage lists Dr. Melissa Loseke, DO, as medical director and Lauren Dulay, NP, as director of clinical operations and lead clinician; the about page calls Dr. Loseke a medical advisor and adds an asynchronous lead nurse practitioner. None of them is offered as the clinician who writes your prescription. The GLP-1 page is direct about why: Joi + Blokes does not provide medical care and partners with independent third-party clinician groups, which it never identifies. Where it is unusually open is the pharmacy. Its terms list seven by name, and it publishes its governing law, which is Colorado.
A health-history form comes first, and the terms allow the clinician review that follows to be asynchronous or synchronous, which means a questionnaire alone can end in a prescription. If you want a person, one is sold separately: a free fifteen-minute coaching call, a $150 thirty-minute video visit with a clinician, or a $225 hour on Zoom to go through your labs. Hormone patients are promised a lab draw and a clinician follow-up at about six weeks, then check-ins every three months, and unlimited messaging sits inside every subscription.
Are labs required?
Recommended, not required
Labs are recommended here, not required, for the peptides and the compounded GLP-1s. The GLP-1 page says labs are not required but available for anyone wanting deeper insight, and the sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione pages recommend getting lab-tested first. The "Lab Required" tag sits elsewhere in the shop: on testosterone, enclomiphene, thyroid care, rapamycin, low-dose naltrexone and liraglutide. Panels run $149 for 56 markers, $399 for 71 and $699 for 110, each with a clinician visit folded in.

What it claims, and what it cites
The citation habit is inconsistent rather than absent. NAD+ and the copper-peptide cream link to papers on PubMed Central, which is more than most do, but only as bare URLs with no author, title or year, so no reader can tell which claim rests on which paper. Sermorelin carries the biggest number on the site and cites nothing at all. The FDA wrote to the company about its GLP-1 pages. Warning letter 728283, dated June 8, 2026, was addressed to Joi and Blokes. It found compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pictured with a Joi + Blokes label, suggesting the company compounds them when it does not. It also quoted Blokes copy calling its semaglutide the same bioidentical compound as Ozempic and Wegovy.

How it bills
Supply periods here are unusual and never uniform: one month, two months, seventy days, ten weeks, twelve weeks, fifteen weeks. The per-month figure beside each is therefore arithmetic rather than a charge, and the period total is printed beside it. Subscriptions carry a twenty percent discount and free shipping; one-time shipping is never priced. The headline promise is no membership fees and cancellation whenever you like, while the terms commit you to a minimum of three consecutive months and then require thirty days' notice before a processing date. Prescriptions are non-refundable and all sales are final, with one carve-out: a clinician who decides the medicine is wrong for you triggers an immediate full refund. Health-savings and flexible-spending cards are accepted through a third-party service.

Frequently asked questions
- Which pharmacies can fill a Joi + Blokes prescription?
- Its terms name seven: Strive Pharmacy, Pharmacy Hub, Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy, Cadre Labs, Empower Pharmacy, the LillyDirect self-pay service trading as GiftHealth, and Partell Pharmacy.
- Can I really cancel a Joi + Blokes subscription at any time?
- Not in the first quarter. The terms commit you to at least three consecutive months, after which cancellation needs thirty days' notice before the next processing date.
- Does Joi + Blokes require a blood test before sermorelin?
- No. The sermorelin page recommends getting lab-tested first but does not require it, and the GLP-1 page says labs are not required. Panels are sold separately, from $149 for 56 markers.
- Has the FDA sent Joi + Blokes a warning letter?
- Yes. Letter 728283, dated June 8, 2026, objected to compounded GLP-1s pictured with the company's own label. It also objected to copy describing its semaglutide as bioidentical with Ozempic and Wegovy.
