Ivim Health
A membership weight-loss practice that names and employs its prescribers, and sells NAD+ injections and a sermorelin tablet beside its GLP-1 programs, each priced before a monthly membership that cannot be skipped.
Review by Craig Palmer, peptide pharmacology writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
The clinical side is the strong part, because the site names the doctors and nurse practitioners who prescribe, says it employs every one of them, and promises regular check-ins rather than a single visit. The peptide side is thinner and oddly framed: NAD+ and sermorelin cost $129 each before the membership, while a banner on every page still announces peptide therapies as coming soon. The membership agreement also says it cannot be canceled mid-term, and an FDA warning letter dated February 20, 2026 objected to how its GLP-1 pages present the compounded drugs.

Visit Ivim Health →Ivím Health is a cash-pay telehealth practice built around medical weight loss, run by Ivim Services LLC of Columbus, Ohio, together with a professional corporation, Ivim Professional Corporation. Its GLP-1 menu runs from compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, including a microdosing program, to the branded pens and pills. Newer women's and men's hormone programs sit beside it. A smaller shelf holds NAD+ as a weekly injection and sermorelin as a tablet that dissolves under the tongue, and both hormone programs list them among their add-on therapies. Everything is sold only to members, and the membership is billed as its own monthly charge.
What Ivim Health prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)Price not published
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)Price not published
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are sold on two-, four- and six-month programs rather than month to month. On the microdosing ladder, semaglutide runs from $100 a month on two months to $75 on six, and tirzepatide from $200 to $133, each with a $74.99 monthly program fee on top. The tirzepatide page opens at $133 a month, the six-month rung, while the semaglutide page now opens at $149 a month without saying which program that figure belongs to.
Longevity
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo$204 a month with the required membership, our total
NAD+ is described as a weekly injection, prescribed and monitored by an Ivím clinician, at $129 for one month or $149 paid up front for two, and the membership is added to either. The page prints the weekly schedule but no dose in milligrams and no vial size, so the amount a month buys is set by the prescriber after approval. The same page also says NAD+ is included with membership for existing members, which sits awkwardly beside the price printed directly below it.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Sublingual (compounded)From $129/mo$204 a month with the required membership, our total
Sermorelin is sold as a tablet that dissolves under the tongue, framed around preserving muscle and overnight recovery during weight loss, at $129 plus the membership. The page says it is prescribed to support natural growth hormone signaling, but it prints no dose, no tablet strength and no schedule. That leaves the reader unable to judge what $129 buys in a month until a prescriber decides.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The provider directory names the doctors and nurse practitioners one by one, across eight pages, and says the company employs its obesity specialists, nurse practitioners and health coaches outright rather than contracting them. The membership agreement repeats the point when it refers to Ivím's employed providers. Leadership titles do not line up across pages, since the directory lists Dr. Taylor Kantor as co-founder and Chief Medical Officer. The about page calls him Chief Innovation Officer instead and gives the medical-officer title to Dr. Jessica Duncan, who is board-certified in obesity medicine. Most of the people listed are nurse practitioners, so the clinician you meet is more likely to be an NP than a physician. The pharmacies are described as independent, licensed compounding pharmacies, and none is named.
You start with a questionnaire, sign up for the membership, and then book either a video visit or what the services page calls a faster e-visit; another page describes the first appointment as a video or chat visit. After that, the membership page promises regular check-ins and access to the care team between visits, and it puts the average at more than twelve provider interactions in a year. The homepage goes further and advertises unlimited same-day provider visits across all programs, while the research page describes these as 15-minute virtual consultations. The microdosing program adds weekly check-ins with dose adjustments, but nothing on the site describes a separate follow-up rhythm for NAD+ or sermorelin, which ride on the same membership.
Are labs required?
Only on the men's program
The NAD+, sermorelin and membership pages mention no bloodwork and print no lab charge, and the weight-loss intake is a questionnaire followed by a video or chat visit. The men's hormone program is the exception: it starts with a required $99 at-home lab kit, and it lists NAD+ and sermorelin among add-on therapies chosen from those labs.

What it claims, and what it cites
The outcome claims are about weight loss, and Ivím is unusually specific about where they come from. The membership page says more than 99% of patients lost at least 5% of their body weight with ongoing membership care. The about page reports average losses of 27% on tirzepatide and 22% on semaglutide and says both beat the drug makers' published trials. The footnotes trace these figures to two retrospective observational studies of Ivím patients in the journal Obesity Pillars, and they state plainly that neither was a randomized trial, although different pages date the studies differently. Those figures belong to the GLP-1 programs, yet the NAD+ and sermorelin pages carry the same review-count badge and the same footer about those studies. No study of NAD+ or sermorelin is cited anywhere on the site. The FDA has written to the company about its GLP-1 pages. Warning letter 721816, dated February 20, 2026 and addressed to Ivim Services LLC, says that the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pictured on the site carried an Ivim label. In the FDA's reading that suggested Ivím compounds the drugs itself, which it does not, so the agency treated the products as misbranded.

How it bills
Every price is printed beside a membership that cannot be dropped, since the returns policy makes refills conditional on an active membership with a valid card on file. The NAD+ and sermorelin pages put that membership at $75 a month, while the membership page, the services page, the GLP-1 pages and both hormone pages now say $74.99. The homepage also advertises the first month of membership free. Canceling is where the documents pull against each other. The membership agreement says the membership cannot be canceled mid-term and that you owe the remaining fees for the program you chose, then describes how to give notice at least 48 hours before a renewal. It also says fees are non-refundable once payment terms are accepted, and the returns policy adds that prescribed medication is never refunded, whatever the reason. The services page says orders paid by invoice ship within 7 to 14 days. No shipping price is printed.

Frequently asked questions
- Who prescribes at Ivím Health?
- Clinicians the company says it employs directly, listed by name on its provider directory. Most are nurse practitioners, and Dr. Jessica Duncan, an obesity-medicine physician, is named Chief Medical Officer.
- Is NAD+ included in the membership?
- The NAD+ page says it is for existing members, yet the same page prices it at $129 a month plus the membership. Ask before you join which applies to you.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Not mid-term, according to the membership agreement, which says you owe the rest of the program you chose. Notice must reach Ivím at least 48 hours before a renewal.
- Has Ivím Health received an FDA warning letter?
- Yes. Letter 721816, dated February 20, 2026, went to Ivim Services LLC over the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shown on its site. The FDA said the Ivim name on the pictured labels implied Ivím was the compounder, which it is not.
