Inner Balance

Inner Balance offers sublingual NAD+ and Libida, a compounded libido treatment. Named clinicians and unlimited follow-up are visible, while the pharmacy and the applicable subscription price need clarification.

The short version

The needle-free format and a visible clinical team are useful reasons to investigate Inner Balance. The choice still depends on the actual formulation, evidence and payment terms. Its broad guarantee banner does not cover NAD+ or Libida.

Inner Balance is a women’s telehealth service covering hormones, sexual wellness, skincare and longevity. The relevant treatments here are a daily sublingual NAD+ tablet and Libida, a sublingual combination of bremelanotide and oxytocin. Its hormone creams and skincare products are separate treatments. Inner Balance, LLC is the named operator in the terms. A prescription follows a clinician’s assessment; completing a quiz does not guarantee approval. The site describes compounded products rather than an FDA-approved version of either product.

What Inner Balance prescribes, by goal

Sexual health

Libida combines bremelanotide, also called PT-141, with oxytocin in a dissolvable sublingual tablet. It is promoted for on-demand desire rather than as a daily hormone treatment. The route and combination matter: evidence for an injected bremelanotide product cannot automatically establish the benefit of this tablet. The product page describes an eligibility review and important exclusions. The assigned clinician should assess your history and explain the actual prescription instructions.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound

Listed by the seller; no price we hold.

The NAD+ page describes 200 mg per serving in a tablet placed under the tongue daily. A convenient delivery route does not establish equivalence to an injection or infusion. Its cellular-energy and repair explanations describe a biological rationale, not a demonstrated average benefit in Inner Balance patients. Ask the clinician what specific outcome is reasonable to monitor and when to reassess whether continuing is useful.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

    Who prescribes

    A licensed clinician

The team page names individual clinicians: Sarah Daccarett, MD, Barry Aron, MD, and Bridgette Baker, MD, alongside nursing and other clinical staff. These are the service’s stated titles and credentials, rather than an independent license verification. The consent describes providers contracted with Inner Balance and a clinical team working together. That is different from a promise that the founder will personally manage every prescription. Ask who will assess you and which clinician handles later treatment questions. The NAD+ page describes a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy without giving the dispensing pharmacy’s name.

You complete an online intake covering health goals, medical history and lifestyle. A licensed provider decides whether the proposed prescription is appropriate. The NAD+ page says no laboratory tests or appointments are required upfront. Its plan includes ongoing telehealth access, while both relevant product pages advertise unlimited clinical follow-up. The public material does not establish a mandatory live visit, a guaranteed response time or continuity with one individual clinician. The consent allows different forms of remote communication. Ask how side effects and treatment changes reach a prescriber, rather than assuming general customer service can make clinical decisions.

    Are labs required?

    No upfront NAD+ tests advertised

The NAD+ intake description says no labs are required upfront. That is a statement about entry to this program, not proof that laboratory testing will never be appropriate. The general FAQ’s discussion of hormone testing concerns Oestra and should not be treated as a universal NAD+ or Libida protocol. A peptide-specific additional laboratory price is not established. Bring relevant existing diagnoses and medication information to the clinician rather than relying on a product quiz as a complete medical assessment.

What it claims, and what it cites

The NAD+ page connects supplementation with energy, cellular repair and healthy aging. Libida promotes improved desire and presents selected patient testimonials. Neither a mechanism explanation nor a testimonial establishes the response a new patient should expect. The product pages acknowledge compounding and that their statements have not been evaluated by FDA. Pharmacy preparation and prescription oversight do not turn either product into an FDA-approved treatment. The most useful discussion is which symptoms are being addressed, what alternatives exist, and what evidence supports the proposed route and combination.

    How it bills

The NAD+ product page advertises from $183 a month, while Libida starts at $99.70. Those are starting headlines without a complete term-specific payment schedule beside them. An Inner Balance comparison article separately lists NAD+ subscriptions starting at $199 for a 30-day supply, and Libida at $199 for a one-month supply of ten tablets. Its lower monthly equivalents belong to longer supplies. Confirm today’s actual one-month and renewal quote before treating any headline as your recurring bill. General terms allow monthly, two-month and three-month payments. The money-back policy explicitly excludes NAD+ and Libida, despite the site-wide guarantee banner. Cancellation requires messaging the care team through the secure account; it does not create a refund entitlement. Selecting an outside pharmacy can leave the service subscription payable as well as the new pharmacy charge.

    Frequently asked questions

Does Inner Balance’s guarantee cover NAD+ or Libida?
No. The current money-back policy specifically excludes both, even though a guarantee banner appears across the site.
    Is Libida an injection?
No. The service describes a sublingual tablet combining PT-141 and oxytocin. Its eligibility review and formulation should be discussed with the treating clinician.
Will Sarah Daccarett personally prescribe for me?
The founder is named publicly, but the consent describes a contracted clinical team. It does not promise that every applicant sees the founder.
