FuturHealth

FuturHealth combines clinician access, prescription coordination and app-based nutrition and fitness tools. Its current medication menu emphasizes branded pills and Zepbound, while its subscription excludes the prescription bill.

The short version

The named medical groups and continuing care tools make the service easier to understand than a medication-only sales page. The weak point is cost: introductory drug headlines do not establish the continuing prescription and care total.

FuturHealth is a technology and wellness platform rather than the practice that treats you. Its public menu names oral semaglutide as Wegovy Pill, tirzepatide as Zepbound KwikPen and orforglipron as Foundayo. The terms also discuss compounded alternatives without promising that any particular drug will be prescribed. A clinician decides which treatment, if any, fits your health history.

What FuturHealth prescribes, by goal

    • TirzepatideFDA-approved

      • OrforglipronFDA-approved

The current choices span an oral semaglutide option, an oral non-peptide GLP-1 medicine and an injectable tirzepatide option. Each requires clinical approval. The product menu describes dose increases as clinician-managed. It does not publish a complete dose-by-dose price ladder, so treatment selection and long-term cost need to be discussed together.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

        Who prescribes

        A licensed clinician

The terms name SteadyMD Physician Group, P.C., OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C., plus provider groups supported by CareValidate. These are independent medical groups and provider networks, not clinicians employed and supervised by FuturHealth. Michael Snyder and Brian Solow appear on the advisory team; that does not mean either will conduct your appointment. FuturHealth collects payments as an agent for participating providers and keeps its platform service fees. The prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacy remain separate from the platform.

You start with a health questionnaire. You then have a telehealth consultation before any prescription. The clinician reviews your information, answers questions and recommends a plan. Ongoing access covers questions, check-ins and adjustments through the care team. The app adds meal tracking, nutrition planning, recipes, fitness tools and progress monitoring. The homepage advertises around-the-clock provider care, but it does not publish a guaranteed response time for every clinical message.

        Are labs required?

        Separate testing costs

The terms say laboratory and diagnostic charges are outside the subscription. They do not establish one required panel, testing schedule or cash fee for every patient.

Prices and plans are set on the seller's own site.

What it claims, and what it cites

The product page summarizes named drug trials, including OASIS 4 for oral semaglutide and SURMOUNT-1 for tirzepatide. Those are studies of specific medicines and doses, not proof of the full FuturHealth service. The homepage also refers to a retrospective FuturHealth program analysis. A retrospective analysis and selected customer testimonials cannot establish what a new member will lose.

        How it bills

The public product menu labels its figures as introductory: $198 for the oral semaglutide and orforglipron options, and $395 for tirzepatide. These figures do not establish the continuing price. The terms explicitly separate subscription charges from medication, labs and any additional provider fees. Subscription cancellation is available through Account Settings, by phone or by website chat. The terms require at least 24 hours before renewal. The separate billing policy makes appointments canceled within 72 hours nonrefundable. Its membership guarantee excludes medication, provider, pharmacy and lab costs; it is not a promise to refund all treatment spending.

        Frequently asked questions

Does the subscription include the medication?
No. The terms separate the subscription from prescription, pharmacy and laboratory charges.
        Who makes the prescribing decision?
A licensed clinician from an independent medical group does. The platform does not guarantee a prescription.
How much notice does cancellation require?
The terms say to cancel at least 24 hours before the next subscription renewal. Appointment refunds have a separate 72-hour rule.
