Enhanced
Enhanced offers clinician-guided GLP-1 and peptide programs, with named medical and pharmacy partners. The service separates its lab-and-consult fee from medication and limits its money-back promise.
Review by Craig Palmer, peptide pharmacology writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
The named care networks and four pharmacy partners give you useful people to ask about the prescription. Before paying, resolve the lab-and-consult charge and your actual medication plan. Starting prices and a 90-day guarantee do not establish a complete refundable treatment package.

Lowest listed: Semaglutide injection, from $89/mo
Visit Enhanced →Enhanced combines a prescription-treatment platform with supplements, sports and performance marketing. Its relevant catalog includes semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, NAD+ and a topical GHK-Cu serum. It also advertises separate low-dose GLP-1 products. The prescription products are offered after a clinical assessment, not as over-the-counter supplements. Enhanced itself says it is not the healthcare provider. A sports association or athlete testimonial does not establish medical benefit for another patient.
What Enhanced prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $89/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo
The public standard semaglutide page starts at $89 a month and tirzepatide at $129 a month. Those are advertised starting amounts, not a confirmed personal bill or an all-dose promise. Separate microdosed listings describe a different treatment approach; their lower headlines do not establish the price of a standard titration plan. The clinician decides whether a prescription and a particular dose are appropriate.
Longevity
- NAD+Legal to compound
Listed by the seller; no price we hold.
NAD+ has a one-month option at $169. The same page describes injectable or liposomal delivery without clearly assigning that price to one route. It is therefore listed as an offer without a route-specific ranked price. A statement about cellular energy does not establish an improvement in fatigue for a particular patient. The GHK-Cu product is a clinician-prescribed 1% topical serum, not an injection. Its one-month supply is $132, compared with a $119 monthly equivalent on the six-month option. Evidence about an injected peptide should not be used to judge this topical product, or the reverse. The product page’s skin and timing claims need to be read as marketing rather than promised results.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
- GHK-CuLegal to compound
- Topical (compounded)From $132/mo
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
Sermorelin is described as a nightly subcutaneous injection, with a one-month supply at $199 and lower monthly equivalents for longer supplies. The page links the treatment to growth-hormone release and sleep, but promotional timelines are not a guarantee of better sleep. Ask what medical need is being addressed and how benefit would be assessed.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The terms identify OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and Beluga Health as possible telehealth providers, while allowing another provider to operate the service. These are named medical networks rather than a guarantee of one assigned clinician before enrollment. Jonathann Kuo, MD, appears as an independent medical-board figure on the product pages; that does not establish he will write your prescription. The terms distinguish clinical services from Enhanced’s own marketing and commerce. Ask which clinician and group will handle your care.
The product pages describe checkout followed by a health questionnaire and clinician review of your history, goals and bloodwork. The initial consultation may occur by video or asynchronous review depending on the treatment. A live visit is therefore not promised for every order. Medication pages say clinician follow-ups or ongoing care are included, but do not establish a common visit schedule or unlimited access for every plan. After approval, a partner pharmacy fulfills the prescription. Ask how you reach the prescriber between reviews.
Are labs required?
A separate lab-and-consult charge; amount not published
The terms describe a separate blood-test and physician-consult fee covering testing access or review of results you supply. They do not state a universal amount. Once intake is approved and those services are made available, the fee can remain nonrefundable even if no prescription follows. That is narrower than an unconditional no-prescription refund. Ask for the fee and the point at which it becomes nonrefundable before checkout.

What it claims, and what it cites
The pages associate sermorelin with sleep and body-composition changes, NAD+ with energy, and GHK-Cu with skin texture. A sermorelin passage refers to a clinical trial in older adults without a full study citation beside the claim. That is not evidence for every patient or for the complete Enhanced care program. No firsthand treatment outcome is established here. The terms name RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx. FDA’s May 2023 closeout addressed Triad Rx’s 2019 warning and stated the pharmacy no longer produced sterile drugs. That historical action concerns the pharmacy, not an FDA finding against Enhanced. Ask which pharmacy prepares your specific product.

How it bills
Standard GLP-1 advertised starts are $89 a month for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide. No final personal bill has been established. Sermorelin’s visible one-month option is $199; its three- and six-month monthly equivalents are $185 and $172. GHK-Cu’s one-month topical option is $132, with $127 for two months and $119 for six months. Longer supply headlines are not the one-month rate. The separate lab-and-consult charge, shipping and possible tax mean medication pricing is not automatically the complete cost. The terms limit the 90-day guarantee to eligible new-patient non-controlled prescriptions and the latest billing cycle’s medication payment. Lab work, consultation, shipping, taxes and earlier cycles are excluded. Claims must follow the prescribed 90-day plan and arrive within 30 days afterward. Contact support for the exact renewal and cancellation terms before authorizing the plan.

Frequently asked questions
- Who provides medical care through Enhanced?
- The terms name OpenLoop and Beluga Health as possible care networks and allow another telehealth provider. Enhanced itself is not the medical provider. Ask which group and clinician will handle your prescription.
- Does Enhanced sell injected GHK-Cu?
- The current product is described as a prescribed 1% topical serum applied once daily. An injection is not established by that listing.
- Is the 90-day guarantee a refund of every payment?
- No. Its terms restrict eligible medication refunds to the most recent billing cycle and exclude earlier cycles, labs, consultation, shipping and tax.
- Is the lab-and-consult fee refunded if I receive no prescription?
- Not necessarily. The terms say it becomes nonrefundable once intake is approved and the services are made available, even if a prescription is ultimately not issued.
