Alternate Health Club
A flat-priced GLP-1 and longevity shop whose prescribers are described only as independently contracted clinicians, and whose medication passes through the company's own hands on the way from pharmacy to door.
Review by Craig Palmer, peptide pharmacology writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
The pricing is the clearest part: one monthly figure per product that the site promises will not change as the dose rises. Almost everything about the clinical side is left unnamed, from the clinicians to the pharmacies. The terms also make the company your courier, and once the medication leaves the pharmacy any loss or temperature excursion in transit is yours to absorb.

Visit Alternate Health Club →Alternate Health Club is a cash-pay telehealth shop run by Alternate Health Club, LLC. Its peptide shelf is compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each paired with vitamin B12 as a weekly injection, plus sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione sold as a longevity line. Lower-dose GLP-1 microdose plans, a lipotropic B12 shot and several FDA-approved drugs for migraine, nausea, asthma and erectile dysfunction sit alongside.
What Alternate Health Club prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $169/mo
Compounded semaglutide is $129 a month and compounded tirzepatide $169, both printed as from-prices with the promise of the same monthly rate at every dosage tier. Each is a weekly subcutaneous injection, and the page says each vial is designed to cover 28 days, but no strength in milligrams is printed. The starting dose is set by the provider, and the FAQ describes a structured titration plan that only the provider can change. Separate microdose plans at $99 a month are pitched for weight maintenance rather than active loss.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $79.99/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $140/mo
Sermorelin is $99 a month, NAD+ $140 and glutathione $79.99, each an injection under the same flat-at-every-dose promise. All three pages print no dose, vial size or injection schedule, so what a month's price actually buys is never stated. The sermorelin page describes the peptide as prompting the pituitary to make more of its own growth hormone. It then calls the therapy a safe and natural part of aging well, and cites nothing for either statement.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
Sleep

- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
Every page carries the same footer line: clinical services come from independently contracted, US-licensed clinicians who may approve or decline after a medical review. The site names no clinician, no medical group and no professional entity, so a reader cannot check who will sign the prescription before paying. The product pages use two different phrases, licensed U.S. physicians on the longevity pages and US licensed providers on the GLP-1 pages, without saying which credentials either covers. Pharmacies are described as NABP-accredited, state-licensed partners and, in the terms, as licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, and none is named.
The telehealth consent says care is primarily asynchronous: you submit a questionnaire and photos, and a provider reviews them later. A live video or phone visit happens where state law requires one, and every product page also sells an optional appointment for $29.99. The FAQ, by contrast, describes the medical visit as a scheduled video call with as much time as you need, so the site gives two accounts of the same first step. After approval, dosage instructions arrive by email and follow-up runs through live chat or email with what the GLP-1 pages call the AHC medical team. The terms add a step at the end: the company takes possession of your dispensed medication as your agent and forwards it by commercial carrier. Under the same terms you release both it and the pharmacy from liability for loss, theft, damage or temperature excursions in transit.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
No page mentions bloodwork. Neither the product pages, the FAQ nor the terms say whether a lab panel is asked for before a GLP-1 or a growth-hormone secretagogue, or offered at any point after.

What it claims, and what it cites
The home page carries the most specific claim with the least behind it. Under a heading about what improves with consistent therapy, it lists immunity, brain function, cellular energy and biological age markers beside three bare percentages, 80, 88 and 92. No study, sample or method is given, and four labels share three numbers. The weight-loss page says clinical studies show GLP-1 therapies can lower blood pressure, cholesterol and inflammatory markers. No study is named or linked, and the site's own footer says the compounded versions it sells are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA. The home page also calls its approach clinically proven. The testimonials, which the site labels as real customers and not paid, describe weight lost on GLP-1 plans, and the same carousel runs on the longevity page beside NAD+ and sermorelin.

How it bills
Each product shows one monthly price, and the pages repeat that the rate does not change at any dosage tier: $129 for semaglutide, $169 for tirzepatide, $99 for sermorelin, $140 for NAD+ and $79.99 for glutathione. The longevity page states no memberships, and cold-chain express shipping is listed in what the GLP-1 plan includes. The $29.99 appointment is optional. The FAQ says sterile compounding rules limit shipments to one month at a time, and that refills arrive automatically each month after your visits. No page explains how to stop those refills. The refund terms are narrow. The consultation, medical review and processing fees are earned when you submit an order and are non-refundable. Once a provider has reviewed you or the pharmacy has started work, every charge becomes non-refundable, and prescription sales are final. Delivery takes 4 to 12 business days including pharmacy preparation, to US addresses only.

Frequently asked questions
- Who prescribes at Alternate Health Club?
- Independently contracted, US-licensed clinicians, in the site's words. No clinician, medical group or professional entity is named anywhere on the site.
- Will I speak to a provider before a prescription?
- Not necessarily. The consent says most care is asynchronous, with a live video or phone visit only where state law requires it. A $29.99 appointment can be booked if you want one.
- Does the price go up as my dose increases?
- The product pages say no: the same monthly rate applies at every dosage tier, for the GLP-1s and the longevity line alike.
- What happens if my medication is lost or arrives warm?
- The terms make the company your agent for collecting and forwarding the medication, and they release both it and the pharmacy from liability for loss, damage or temperature excursions in transit.
