In most states the prescriber approves the order from the intake with no live visit. Patients in Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia get a link to book a required video visit. The site says follow-up visits, lab review and dose changes are part of the service, and that messages go through the partner's secure portal.
