Wisp is a cash-pay telehealth company built around women's health. Its main lines are infections, birth control, menopause and sexual health. A newer longevity section adds peptides. It sells GHK-Cu cream, NAD+ as an injection or spray, and glutathione as an injection or spray. PT-141 comes as a nasal solution. Compounded semaglutide comes as daily drops under the tongue. Wisp does not sell sermorelin or compounded tirzepatide.

Compounded semaglutide is a drop under the tongue, taken daily. The range is 0.3 mg to 1.0 mg. Wisp's own FAQ says this form has not been tested in people. Brand pens need a separate $99 consult.

Sexual health

PT-141 is a nasal solution at 20 mg per mL. You take one spray 45 to 60 minutes before sex. A second spray may follow in the other nostril. The limit is once a day and eight doses a month.

NAD+ nasal spray is 300 mg per mL. The label is one spray per nostril, once or twice daily. NAD+ injection is 200 mg per mL, taken two to three times a week. That page gives no dose per shot. Glutathione injection is 200 mg per mL, taken three to five times a week. The glutathione spray prints its strength but no schedule.

GHK-Cu is a 0.5% cream in a 30 mL bottle. You apply a pea-sized amount once or twice daily. Wisp suggests every other day at first. You choose an eye cream, a face cream or both.

An independent clinician reviews each request. Wisp says affiliated medical practices employ or contract those clinicians. The site names its medical director, a DO. It also names one nurse practitioner on its longevity page. It does not say who reviews a given request. All its providers are described as licensed and board-certified in the U.S.

You start with an online form. A provider follows up the same day by chat or video if needed. Nine states require a video visit by law. Wisp lists them in its FAQ. The care team can be reached by chat at any time. NAD+ injections carry a monthly provider follow-up. Weight care has monthly check-ins.

The peptide pages lean on age-decline figures. None of them cites a source. The weight page cites one brand trial by link. That trial studied Wegovy injections, not drops.

How it bills

GHK-Cu cream is $102.50 a month on subscription. It is $125 as a one-time order. Both creams together cost $205 a month. NAD+ spray is $150 a month, or $175 once. Glutathione spray is $130 a month, or $155 once. Glutathione injection is $250 every two months. PT-141 is $175 a month, or $200 once. NAD+ injection starts with a $25 consult. The first dose is $200. After that you pay a $25 follow-up fee each month. Medication then runs $200 to $400 by dose. Semaglutide drops are $225 a month. Shipping is free. Renewals must be canceled 48 hours ahead. Sales are final. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
