Wellorithm

A telehealth platform offering compounded GLP-1s and longevity treatments. Its GLP-1 pricing page is detailed, while its treating clinicians and pharmacies remain unnamed.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026

The short version

Wellorithm now explains GLP-1 dose pricing and four-week renewals clearly. The remaining gap is clinical transparency: the public pages do not identify the prescriber or dispensing pharmacy behind your treatment.

Wellorithm connects patients with licensed professionals rather than acting as the treating practice itself. Its public catalog includes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. A separate service offers help accessing brand GLP-1s through insurance.

What Wellorithm prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $247 per 4 wks$268 a calendar month, our arithmetic
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $349 per 4 wks$378 a calendar month, our arithmetic

The pricing page lists semaglutide injections at 0.25–2.4 mg weekly and tirzepatide at 2.5–15 mg weekly. It says the medication price is the same across each listed dose range. Your clinician chooses the prescribed dose. These are compounded products, not the approved brand versions.

Longevity

  • GlutathioneLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $200/mo
  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)Price not published

NAD+ and glutathione injections are marketed for energy and cellular health. Their product footnotes tie the displayed prices to a three-month prepaid plan. Cited mechanistic and animal research does not establish an anti-aging benefit for this program.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $200/mo

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $200/mo

Sermorelin is marketed for sleep, recovery and lean body mass. Its page describes a 10 mg injection vial, but does not print a patient-specific administration schedule. Those broad benefits should be discussed with the treating clinician.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The site does not name a treating clinician or dispensing pharmacy. They describe licensed professionals and refer to Professional Entities without identifying those entities by name. The terms say medical decisions belong to those providers, not the platform. Ask for the practice and pharmacy details before agreeing to care.

You begin with an online health questionnaire for a clinician to review. The homepage also describes virtual consultations, but does not establish that a live visit is required for every prescription. Ongoing follow-up and medical support are included. The service advertises round-the-clock support, without publishing a clinician response-time guarantee.

Are labs required?

Not stated

The public pricing and treatment pages do not state a standard lab requirement or publish a lab charge. Your clinician should explain any testing needed before a prescription is finalized.

What it claims, and what it cites

The GLP-1 marketing uses patient stories, not a controlled study of Wellorithm patients. Its compounded-medication disclaimer is separate from those stories. Longevity pages link research on cellular pathways, NAD+ and aging, including animal work. That supports a research discussion but not a measured promise about the injection you receive. Some sermorelin copy also repeats NAD+ language, which makes the product explanations less precise.

How it bills

The public GLP-1 pricing page states $147 initially, then $247 every 28 days for semaglutide. Tirzepatide is $249 initially, then $349 every 28 days. Care and shipping are included. Thirteen renewal cycles a year make the ongoing rates about $268 and $378 per calendar month. Sermorelin advertises $150 for the first month, then $200. NAD+ shows similar figures but its footnote specifies a prepaid three-month plan, so a flexible monthly rate cannot be established. The GLP-1 pricing page allows cancellation from the account or support at least 48 hours before renewal. The broader terms say processed payments are non-refundable.
