Welludr

A Florida telehealth brand that names its clinical network and pharmacy. Only its brand-name GLP-1s carry a stated monthly price.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026

The short version

You can find out who prescribes and who fills the order. For the compounded drugs, you cannot find out what a normal month costs. The cards show sale figures, and the refund policy says a per-month figure may be a prepaid average. Brand Ozempic and Zepbound are the exception, priced on month-to-month plans. Ask for the renewal amount in writing before you pay.

Welludr is a cash-pay telehealth brand run by Welludr LLC of St. Petersburg, Florida. It says plainly that it does not practice medicine, prescribe or dispense. Its weight shelf carries compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections or daily dissolving tablets. It also lists Ozempic and Zepbound, a microdose line and several GLP-1 blends. Separate pages sell compounded sermorelin and NAD+ injections.

    • Oral (compounded)Price not published
    • Injection (brand)From $1,599/mo

Compounded semaglutide comes as a once-weekly injection or a once-daily dissolving tablet. Compounded tirzepatide comes in the same two forms. No product page prints a dose in milligrams. The plan cards show $49 a month for semaglutide and $89 for tirzepatide, under a banner calling both a fall sale. Brand Ozempic starts at $1,399 and Zepbound at $1,599. Each card names a month-to-month plan, so those two are the prices ranked here. A separate microdose GLP-1 page names no compound and no price.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)Price not published

Sermorelin and NAD+ each have their own page, neither linked from the main menus. Both say starting at $99 a month, the same price at every dose. Both describe an injection under the skin. Both offer 500mg and 1000mg options, in the same words the B12 page uses. No schedule is printed for either.

Recovery

    • Injection (compounded)Price not published

Sleep

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The main site footer says clinical services come from OpenLoop Health and other networks of US-licensed clinicians. The telehealth consent is more specific. It names OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its state affiliates as the practice you are consenting to. No individual clinician is named anywhere. The product pages name the pharmacy: prescriptions are filled and shipped by Mycelium Pharmacy. The legal notice adds that the dispensing pharmacy is the one on your label.

You start with an online intake quiz, which a licensed clinician reviews. Payment is taken at checkout, before that review happens. If the first clinician declines, the refund policy says the payment comes back within seven business days. The policy also says a live visit, labs or identity checks may be required first. After approval, you get unlimited provider messaging, according to the banner on every page. Weight patients are also paired with a certified medical assistant as a care coach. Coaching sessions run every two weeks, or on a schedule you choose.

Are labs required?

Only if asked

No GLP-1 or peptide page asks for bloodwork. The refund policy and the telehealth consent both say a clinician may require lab testing or an at-home test before treatment. Neither says who pays for it.

What it claims, and what it cites

The weight pages lean on numbers they do not own. The tirzepatide page says patients lost up to 22.5% of body weight over 72 weeks in clinical studies, with no study named. The microdose page claims zero side effects for 70% or more of members, with nothing cited. The patient stories carry their own disclaimer. The site says the photos are stock images and the results come from similar telehealth programs, not Welludr patients. One promise contradicts the policy beneath it. The get-started page says you get a full refund if you do not lose weight in 90 days. The refund policy says a lack of results does not qualify an order for a refund. The sermorelin page headlines an endorsement from Dr. Nowzaradan, the surgeon from My 600-lb Life.

How it bills

Read the refund policy before any price on this site. It names two kinds of plan. A 21-Day Plan renews every 21 calendar days, which the policy says is not a monthly plan. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are paid in full up front. The policy warns that a per-month figure on a prepaid plan is just the total divided by the months. No page prints the 21-Day Plan's price. The terms describe renewals on monthly, 3-month or 6-month cycles, which does not match the policy. The only cards that name a monthly term are the brand ones: Ozempic from $1,399 and Zepbound from $1,599. The price includes the consultation and the medication. Shipping is free. Cancellation is simple to request. You can email, message through the portal, or call, and a voicemail counts. Once the pharmacy starts preparing your order, that order is not refundable.

The evidence behind what it sells

Right for

Someone who wants to know which clinical network and pharmacy stand behind a compounded GLP-1, and who will confirm the renewal price before paying.

Look elsewhere if

Anyone who needs a clear monthly price for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, since each figure is a sale, a prepaid average or unclear.

Frequently asked questions

Who prescribes at Welludr?
Clinicians in the OpenLoop Healthcare Partners network, named in the telehealth consent. Welludr itself says it does not prescribe. No individual clinician is named.
Is Welludr's semaglutide really $49 a month?
That figure sits under a fall sale banner. The refund policy says a per-month price on a prepaid plan is the total divided by the months. The plan you can take without prepaying renews every 21 days, and its price is not printed.
Which pharmacy fills Welludr prescriptions?
The product pages name Mycelium Pharmacy. The legal notice says the dispensing pharmacy is the one on your label.
Can I get a refund if Welludr's clinician says no?
Yes. The refund policy says the full first payment comes back within seven business days if the first clinician does not approve treatment.
