Vytora Health

A marketing front that names the medical group prescribing for it and both pharmacies filling for it. Its sermorelin page prints two different monthly prices.

Review by Leah Garner, clinical-evidence editor · Updated October 2026

The short version

Vytora tells you who does the medical work, which many storefronts in this category do not. A Florida medical group prescribes, and two compounding pharmacies are named with street addresses. The weak spots are on the commercial side. One page prices sermorelin twice, the refund rules contradict each other, and no product states a dose.

Vytora Health is a cash-pay telehealth storefront run by Vytora Health LLC. Its own service notice calls it a provider of marketing and administrative services, not a medical provider or pharmacy. It sells four compounded injections: sermorelin, NAD+, semaglutide and tirzepatide. Mounjaro and Zepbound are also sold at a stated retail price. A homepage panel invites readers to join a waitlist for peptide therapies that are coming soon, without naming them.

What Vytora Health prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $179/mo
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo
    • Injection (brand)From $1,399/mo

Compounded semaglutide is $179 a month month-to-month, or $149 a month on a three-month plan billed $447. Compounded tirzepatide is $249 a month, or $199 on three months billed $599. Both are weekly injections. No dose in milligrams appears on either page. The semaglutide card's three-month setting shows "$447 / month", which is the quarterly total, not a monthly rate. Mounjaro and Zepbound are each $1,399 a month at what the site calls retail pricing.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo

NAD+ is a subcutaneous injection at $249 a month month-to-month, or $200 a month on a three-month plan billed $600. The page states no dose and no vial size. It says only that the schedule is set by your provider. Its FAQ says some patients report better energy, clarity, sleep and recovery, with no study named beside that.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo

Sermorelin is a daily injection, given in the evening before bed, according to its product page. The card prices it at $199 a month, billed monthly. The FAQ on the same page gives $249 a month on a month-to-month plan. On a three-month plan it is $186 a month, billed $559. No strength or vial size is printed.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The prescribing is done by Wasef Health, PC, a medical group in Pinellas Park, Florida. The about page prints its street address, email and website, and the telehealth consent says one of its providers reviews each intake. The terms widen this slightly. They describe providers employed or contracted by Wasef Health "or similar affiliated professional entities", so the network can extend beyond the one group. They also label the group a professional association, where every other page calls it a PC. No individual clinician is named. The site says board-certified physicians review every patient, but gives no name, specialty or license number. Dispensing is named in more detail. Vials Pharmacy in Houston and Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale are listed as compounding partners. Each is described as licensed in select US states. No page says which pharmacy fills which product.

The intake is a health questionnaire that the site says takes under five minutes. A licensed physician reviews it, and most patients hear back within a few hours, according to the how-it-works page. In Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia, a brief video or audio visit is required first. Elsewhere, the FAQ says you can request a video visit through the portal. Follow-up is described as unlimited physician messaging, with replies said to come from your own provider rather than a call center. A portal handles refills, shipment tracking and medical records. Refills ship every 28 days after what the site calls a quick check-in. The first order arrives within five to seven business days, by the site's estimate.

Are labs required?

Not mentioned

No page mentions bloodwork. It is absent from every list of what the price includes, and no lab charge appears anywhere.

What it claims, and what it cites

Most of the claims here concern the service, not outcomes. The clearest outcome claim is on the NAD+ page. Some patients, it says, report better energy, mental clarity, sleep quality and recovery. No study, sample size or measure is given, and the page adds an FDA disclaimer. The sermorelin page describes the peptide's mechanism but makes no claim about results. Several service claims conflict with other pages on the same site. Every product card says "Same price at every dose". A footnote on the same pages says actual prices may vary by dosage and treatment. The footer says "Licensed in all 50 states", while each named pharmacy is described as licensed in select US states. The pricing banners do not agree either. The about page gives a $180 starting monthly price, and the homepage says plans start at $149. Neither matches the cheapest month-to-month plan, which is $179. The homepage also labels its pricing industry-leading, citing a comparison it never shows. One disclaimer under each product page says Vytora does not offer brand-name products. The same site sells Mounjaro and Zepbound.

How it bills

Every product is a recurring subscription, charged monthly or every three months until you cancel. The card leads with the one-month rate, and the three-month total is printed before you commit. Each price is said to include the medication, physician consultation, supplies, shipping and unlimited messaging. No membership fee is charged. To cancel, you email support before the next renewal date. No notice period is stated. The refund terms disagree with each other. The refund policy says all sales are final, with an exception only for a pharmacy filling error. The FAQ says refund requests are reviewed case by case. Shipping is described as free on every card and in the FAQ. The shipping policy says charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. It also sets processing at two to three business days and transit at four to twelve. Medication that arrives warm is said to be stable and does not typically qualify for a refund.
