Tyde Wellness
Tyde Wellness names all five of its compounding pharmacies and gives their street addresses. Its sermorelin page then sells you a reduction in hot flashes.
Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
Almost nobody publishes a pharmacy list like this one. Five names, five addresses, three marked as 503A. Then you open the sermorelin page and the two headline numbers on it are menopause numbers, lifted from the hormone-therapy page. Neither belongs to sermorelin, and neither names a study.

Lowest listed: GHK-Cu topical, from $139/mo
All fifty states are listed by name; the terms hedge it back to states where the service is authorized, with no carve-outs published
Visit Tyde Wellness →Tyde Wellness is a women's telehealth service with four shelves. Weight loss is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each sold full dose or microdose. Hormone care covers estrogen and progesterone. Hair growth is two combination products. The longevity shelf holds sermorelin, NAD+, GHK-Cu and B12, and low-dose naltrexone sits on the weight-loss page as an add-on for plateaus. Two companies run it: Tyde Medical Center LLC treats you, and Tyde Wellness LLC does everything else.
What Tyde Wellness prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $249/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $349/mo
The $88 semaglutide and $125 tirzepatide headlines are not monthly prices. Each is the six-month rate with $150 off a first order applied. At the regular rate, the homepage chart puts one month at $249 and $349. The one-month plan pages say "Start at" $199 and $249, so two of the seller's own pages disagree. The price stays the same at every dose. No page prints the total you pay up front. No dose in milligrams appears on any of the twelve plan pages.
Longevity
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
- Oral (compounded)From $189/mo
NAD+ is "Starting at $189/month" as an oral tablet or an injection. There is no dose, no strength and no schedule. The one paper the page cites for NAD+ is about levels falling with age, not about taking it. B12 sits beside it at $70 a month.
Recovery
- GHK-CuLegal to compound
- Topical (compounded)From $139/mo
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
- Oral (compounded)From $189/mo
GHK-Cu is $139 a month as an injectable or a topical. Only the topical route is eligible here, and the page does not say which one the price buys. Sermorelin is $189 whichever form you pick, with no dose printed for either.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
- Oral (compounded)From $189/mo
Sermorelin has a landing page of its own with no price on it at all. What it does carry is a 75 percent reduction in hot flashes and a 15 percent lift in menopause quality-of-life scores. Those are the hormone page's figures, and neither is a sermorelin result.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The site names no prescriber. Two founders appear on the about page: Beth Gerhart, its chief care officer, and Dr. Kelly Kassick, its chief medical officer. Asked who provides your care, the homepage FAQ says Dr. Kassick leads Tyde's medical care with a care team behind her. Neither founder is named as the person who writes your prescription. That person is described only as "an independent licensed medical professional". The terms say Tyde Wellness does not employ or supervise any provider. The membership terms say the opposite, that care comes exclusively from providers affiliated with Tyde Medical Center.
There are two ways in. The quick one is a questionnaire with no appointment. The other starts with a free consultation, then weekly check-ins through the portal with dose changes made live. The FAQ mentions a secure video visit where one is clinically appropriate. How long the review takes depends on the page. The homepage FAQ and the plan pages say within four hours. The homepage's own step list, the longevity page and the weight-loss page say 24 to 48 hours. Messaging with the care team is unlimited either way.
Are labs required?
Hormone route only
The hormone page is the one that describes bloodwork: a comprehensive hormone panel at the free consultation, then quarterly labs. The weight-loss consultation route uses the heading "Consultation & Labs" but describes only a meeting. The questionnaire route asks for no test. Sermorelin, NAD+, GHK-Cu and both GLP-1s all start without one. No lab price appears anywhere.

What it claims, and what it cites
Sourcing is uneven. The weight-loss page names the STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-1 trials and links both papers. The longevity page lists four papers, one each for NAD+, growth hormone, GHK-Cu and B12, cited for how levels fall with age. None of them tests a product Tyde sells. The sermorelin page still borrows numbers that belong to estrogen. The legal disclaimer on the full-dose GLP-1 plan pages names a different company, Big Easy Weightloss.

How it bills
Everything is a subscription that renews until you stop it. Twelve plan pages cover the GLP-1s at one, three and six months, and not one of them prints the total for the term. The legal terms speak of membership fees, while the homepage FAQ says there are no separate monthly membership fees. Shipping is free and takes two days. Two first-order discounts run at once: $150 off a first full-dose three- or six-month order, and $50 off a first month on the weight-loss page. The plan pages promise a full refund if you are not approved. The terms say no refund once a pharmacy has processed the prescription. Cancellation is "anytime" in one document and two weeks' notice in the other.

Frequently asked questions
- Which pharmacies does Tyde Wellness use?
- It names five: Belmar Pharma Solutions, Casa Pharma, Olympia Pharmacy, Red Rock Home Pharmacy and Beaker Pharmacy, each with a street address.
- Is $88 a month really what semaglutide costs here?
- No. That figure is the six-month rate with $150 off a first order. At the regular rate the homepage chart puts one month at $249, while the one-month plan page says $199. No page tells you what the six-month plan charges up front.
- Why does the sermorelin page talk about hot flashes?
- Because it carries the hormone-therapy page's two figures. A 75 percent drop in hot flashes is not something sermorelin has been shown to do.
