TrimRx
A weight-loss platform that sells a bundled GLP-1 package through clinicians it never names, with a homepage price and a terms price that do not match.
Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
TrimRx does not tell you who will prescribe for you. It names no medical group, no clinician and no pharmacy. The bundle itself is simple: care, drug and shipping in one charge. But the homepage and the terms quote different prices for it, and the higher terms rate is what month two costs.
Disclosure: This Peptide is reader-supported. Some links below are affiliate links — if you start care through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The order on this page is not commercial, and a commission never changes what we write about a provider. How we make money.
TrimRx calls itself a technology and administrative platform, not a medical practice or a pharmacy. It says it employs no health care providers and supplies no medication itself. It sells two compounded programs. One is labeled GLP-1, and the other GLP-1 plus GIP, which the terms describe as compounded tirzepatide. Each program is one package covering the consultation, the prescription, the medication, shipping and support. The company is based in San Diego.

The GLP-1 package starts at $179 and the GLP-1 plus GIP package at $259 on the homepage. The terms price a first month at $199 and $349, then $299 and $399 each month after. No page prints a dose in milligrams, a schedule or a vial size. With no dose stated, you cannot tell how much drug a month buys. The homepage promises your cost stays steady as your dose changes. Its safety notes list nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, and pancreatitis, kidney problems and thyroid tumors as reasons to talk to your provider first.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The site names no medical group and no clinician. The terms say care comes from independent, affiliated physician groups. The footer calls them third-party networks of U.S.-licensed clinicians. The only names you will find are in customer testimonials, which mention nurse practitioners by first name. The pharmacy is not named either. Compounded medicine is described as made by a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy in FDA-registered facilities. The footer says TrimRx pays the pharmacies out of the fees it collects. Medication arrives without the TrimRx name on it.
You begin with a free two-minute questionnaire. A clinician reviews your answers, and the homepage says a short live telehealth call can be arranged if more is needed. The shipping policy says your state's rules decide whether an online consultation is required. After approval, compounded medicine usually ships within 48 business hours. Delivery takes three to five business days from the pharmacy. The homepage lists unlimited check-ins as part of the package. Phone support runs seven days a week from six in the morning to six at night Pacific time. The patient portal is open around the clock.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
No page mentions bloodwork. Nothing says whether a clinician may order labs, and no lab charge appears anywhere.

What it claims, and what it cites
The homepage leads with numbers. It shows 30% reduction in body fat, 6 inches off the waist and 98% of users keeping the weight off. The reviews page adds 29 pounds lost in six months and 150,000 customers. A footer note says these come from internal statistics on paid orders. It also says they do not represent clinical outcomes. A weight slider tells a 210-pound visitor they can easily lose 31 pounds. Nothing on the page explains where that figure comes from. The homepage promises no surprises and no price hikes. The terms charge more from month two than in month one. The branded drugs are described two ways. The terms sell an Ozempic package that includes the medicine and shipping. The safety page says the fee does not cover branded medicine, and the footer says TrimRx ships none. One testimonial on the homepage carries a date that has not happened yet, December 20, 2026. A list headed medical citations names Mayo Clinic, Harvard, NIH, Stanford Medicine and WebMD. None of them links to a source.

How it bills
Two price lists describe the same package. The homepage tiles read starting at $179 and starting at $259. The terms list an initial package at $199 for the first month and a follow-up package at $299. For GLP-1 plus GIP, the terms list $349 and then $399. The follow-up figure is what you pay from month two, so it is the one to plan around. Both figures include the consultation, the medicine and shipping. No membership is sold on top. Subscriptions bill automatically, and the terms mention prepaid multi-month plans with no published price. You can cancel in your account or by phone or chat. An order already sent to the pharmacy still ships. A refund on a prepaid plan must be requested within 28 days of payment. You get a full refund if a provider finds you ineligible, or if nothing ships within 14 days. Cards, HSA and FSA cards, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay are accepted.

Frequently asked questions
- Who prescribes at TrimRx?
- Licensed clinicians from independent physician groups. TrimRx names none of the groups and none of the clinicians.
- Will I talk to someone before I get a prescription?
- Not always. A clinician reviews your questionnaire, and a short call is arranged if more is needed. Your state's rules can require one.
- What will I pay after the first month?
- The terms list $299 a month for the GLP-1 package and $399 for GLP-1 plus GIP. The homepage shows lower starting figures.
- Does TrimRx sell Ozempic or Zepbound?
- Its pages disagree. The terms price both as packages, but the footer says TrimRx ships no branded medicine.
