Trimi Health
Trimi names its doctors and both of its compounding pharmacies, which almost nobody here does. Its headline price is an annual prepayment divided by twelve, and it says so plainly.

The short version
Trimi documents itself more openly than this category usually does. Two doctors are named. Both pharmacies are named. The headline $99 is an annual prepayment, and Trimi prints that in its own words rather than hiding it.

Trimi is a compounded GLP-1 service covering all fifty states. It sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, and nothing else. Each comes as an annual plan or month to month. The price covers medication, provider care, dose changes, refills and shipping.
What Trimi Health prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $175/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $235/mo
Both products here are GLP-1s. Compounded semaglutide is $1,188 billed once, which Trimi shows as $99 a month. Compounded tirzepatide is $1,500, shown as $125. Both need a twelve-month commitment. Without one, semaglutide is $175 a month and tirzepatide $235. No dose in milligrams is printed for either, so strength cannot be compared.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
Trimi names two doctors, Sean Arora and Shannon Arora, each with a profile page. Care is delivered through their fifty-state network. It also names both compounding pharmacies: BelieveRx and GreenwichRx, described as state-licensed 503A pharmacies. Naming the pharmacy is rare in this category, and naming the prescriber is rarer still.
You share your health history and goals, choose a plan, then complete checkout. A licensed provider reviews the assessment afterwards. If treatment is not appropriate, the order is refunded in full, consultation fee included. Choosing a plan is not approval, and the site says so. The care team answers around the clock, within an hour. Ongoing access covers dose changes and refills at no extra charge. Medication ships free and overnight once compounded. One thing the site leaves unclear is whether you speak to anyone. Its help center mentions an online visit; its own steps describe a written review.
Are labs required?
Not asked for
No bloodwork is asked for before a prescription. The site does not say whether a provider might order any later.

What it claims, and what it cites
Trimi makes few outcome claims, which is unusual and welcome. There is no before-and-after gallery and no percentage promise on the homepage. What it does promise is money back. Stay six continuous months, take the medication as directed, and log your weight. If you have lost nothing, the plan fees come back. A second path covers dissatisfaction at any point in those six months. Neither path is voided by a single missed dose. The compounded disclaimer sits under the prices rather than in a footer.

How it bills
The annual plans are prepayments. Semaglutide is $1,188 and tirzepatide $1,500, each charged once. Divided by twelve those are the $99 and $125 on the cards. Trimi labels them as monthly equivalents rather than monthly rates. A buyer who will not commit pays $175 or $235 instead. Everything is included at either rung: medication, provider care, dose changes, refills and overnight shipping. Canceling before a prescription is issued returns everything. After it is issued the order is final, because a compounded vial cannot lawfully be re-dispensed. A damaged or missing package must be reported within a day.

- Yes, both of them. Compounded prescriptions are prepared by BelieveRx and GreenwichRx, which it describes as state-licensed 503A pharmacies. It also names two prescribing doctors.
- What happens if Trimi declines to prescribe?
- You get everything back, including the consultation fee. Canceling is also free at any point before a prescription is issued. Once it is issued the order is final, because a compounded vial cannot be re-dispensed.
