SynergenX Health

A hormone clinic chain with a small online weight program. Online care is open to Texas residents only. A live video visit comes before any prescription.

Review by Paul Hardy, standards editor · Updated October 2026

The short version

SynergenX puts a clinician in front of you before it prescribes. It lists its clinicians by name. It does not say who runs the online visits. It publishes no refund or cancellation policy. Its pages also contradict themselves on what is free.

SynergenX is a chain of hormone clinics. It runs 64 clinics in 10 states. Some trade as Low T Center or HerKare. The clinics treat low testosterone, menopause, weight and libido. Beside them sits an online weight program. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by mail. It also lists a lipotropic shot and NAD+. Sermorelin and PT-141 are sold through the clinics only.

What SynergenX Health prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $150/mo

Compounded semaglutide starts at $150 a month. You inject it weekly. No strength is printed. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $335 a month. No page says whether it is a shot. A lipotropic blend and NAD+ are each $180 a vial. Neither vial size is printed. The NAD+ card prints its price label twice.

Sexual health

PT-141 is offered to women through the clinics. The page prints no price. It says to visit a clinic or ask your provider.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $180 per vial

Sermorelin is offered to men and women through the clinics. The page prints no price or dose. It says to call your nearest clinic.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound

Listed by the seller; no price we hold.

    Sleep

    • SermorelinLegal to compound

Listed by the seller; no price we hold.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

      Who prescribes

      A licensed clinician

The online program books you with one of its licensed healthcare providers. The site calls them its own providers. No outside network is mentioned. The terms list SynergenX Physician Services PLLC among its medical companies. A provider directory lists about fifty clinicians by name. One sample profile belongs to a family nurse practitioner. Each profile gives schooling and certificates. No page says which clinicians see online patients. So you will learn your prescriber only at the visit. The pharmacy is called a pharmacy partner. It is never named.

Online care has three steps. 1. You pick a time on a booking form. Its state list offers only Texas. A note says more states are coming. 2. You then have a telehealth consultation by live video. The provider reviews your history and builds a plan. 3. The pharmacy partner ships the drug in refrigerated packaging. After that come regular check-ins with the care team. Paid follow-up visits run every one to three months. The clinic route is different. You choose a free consultation or a $100 full evaluation. The evaluation adds a body-composition scan and a nervous-system test. Clinic patients are followed through in-clinic visits.

      Are labs required?

      Clinic route only

The online pages describe no lab step before a prescription. The clinic weight page differs. It says all medications are prescribed based on lab results and clinical review. A women's hormone test is $99 self-pay, against a stated regular $299. That offer runs through December 31, 2026.

What it claims, and what it cites

The semaglutide FAQ cites trial results without naming a trial. It says participants lost 10 to 15% of body weight over 6 to 12 months. It adds that some lost as much as 20%. The tirzepatide card claims up to 20% loss with lifestyle changes. No source is given. The PT-141 page calls the peptide FDA-approved for women. The approval covers premenopausal women with a diagnosed low-desire disorder. The page says so further down. It does not say which product the clinics dispense. The home page claims over 500,000 patients since 2016. No source is given.

      How it bills

Online fees are listed in three lines. The first visit is regularly $100 before discounts. Follow-ups cost $40 each. Medication starts at $150 a month. No page adds them up. The same page also says the medication cost is fully covered. Its top banner promises a free online consultation. Both lines conflict with the fees. If you are not a suitable candidate, you are not charged. No refund policy is published. No cancellation or renewal terms are published either. The clinics take many insurance plans. Most services are called FSA or HSA eligible. Once treatment starts, you stay on insurance or self-pay for the calendar year.
