Strut Health is a Dallas-based telehealth for men and women. It sells compounded weight-loss medicines, sermorelin, NAD+, and a long list of sexual-health, hair and skin formulas. Everything is prescribed online and shipped to you.

Sermorelin comes as a 9 mg vial injected five days on and two days off, or as a box of 30 lozenges. Strut sells it for deeper sleep and faster recovery. The lozenge strength is not printed.

Strut says a U.S. board-certified physician reviews every intake. The founder is a physician, and he is the only prescriber the site names. You can message the physicians at any time, and the FAQ says a phone or video call can be arranged through customer service.
You start with an online questionnaire of about 5 to 15 minutes. There is no required live visit in states that allow that. The first visit is free, and so are follow-ups, which the FAQ says are unlimited.

No lab work is required for sermorelin, NAD+ or the GLP-1s. Strut sells at-home test kits separately, from $89 to $179. Its own terms call them wellness tests, not diagnostic ones.

What it claims, and what it cites
Strut's claims are soft and marked with an FDA disclaimer. Sermorelin "may support" lean muscle and recovery, and NAD+ is said to support energy and DNA repair. The site links no study for any of these. It makes no promise of a weight-loss percentage. An FDA warning letter covers the GLP-1 pages. It is letter 721448, dated February 20, 2026, addressed to Simal Patel, MD, chief executive of Strut Health, LLC. Product images showed Strut on the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide labels. The FDA said that suggests Strut is the compounder, when it is not. The letter also quoted the line "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro" and noted that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
