RxSaludable
A Spanish and English telehealth platform for compounded GLP-1s and three peptide injections. A Florida medical group prescribes, and a named Texas pharmacy fills the order.
Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
RxSaludable now tells you who prescribes and which pharmacy fills your vial. The gaps are in the details: no milligram dose for the weight-loss drugs or sermorelin, and no ongoing price for tirzepatide. Its weight-loss numbers come from its own patients' reports.

RxSaludable is a telehealth platform built for Spanish-speaking patients in the US, with every page also in English. It is run by RxSaludable LLC of Palm Beach, Florida. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, a microdose GLP-1 plan, and three injections: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. The site says it does not practice medicine, prescribe or run a pharmacy itself. It accepts HSA and FSA cards but not insurance.
What RxSaludable prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $179/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)Price not published
Compounded semaglutide is advertised from $99 a month. A footnote ties that price to a three-month plan, and the FAQ calls it a first-month price, with refills at $179 a month. Compounded tirzepatide is advertised from $169 a month, with no plan or refill price stated. Both are once-a-week injections, and no dose is printed in milligrams. A same-price-at-every-dose promise covers both. A separate microdose plan is $149 a month after a $79 first month.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $159/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
NAD+ comes as a 1,000 mg vial (5 mL), for use up to five times a week. The monthly plan is $129 for the first month, then $189. The page says each shot works out to about $15 but prints no dose per shot. Glutathione comes as a 5 mL vial at 200 mg per mL, for use up to three times a week. It is $99 for the first month, then $159.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
Sermorelin comes as a 10 mg vial in 5 mL, with a home injection kit. The page prints no dose or schedule. The monthly plan is $129 for the first month, then $189. The page pitches it for lean muscle and recovery alongside exercise.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
The sermorelin page says it may promote restful sleep and recovery. No study backs that line, and the price is the same $189 a month after the first month.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
A medical group prescribes, not RxSaludable. Its provider page names Wasef Health Group, a physician-owned group, and the FAQ lists Wasef Health, PC in Pinellas Park, Florida. The page names two doctors: Dr. Michael Wasef, MD, the group's medical director, and Dr. David Wasef, MD. Both are board-certified in internal medicine and listed as licensed in all 50 states and DC. The home page shows three more doctors with their training: Dr. Andrew Sakla, DO, Dr. Ozita Cooper, MD, and Dr. Constantin Chikando, MD. The group also uses nurse practitioners, who are not named. The FAQ says every provider is bilingual. The pharmacy is named too. The FAQ points to VialsRx, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Tomball, Texas, and gives its street address. The NAD+ and glutathione answers speak of state-licensed 503A pharmacies, in the plural.
You pick a treatment and fill in an online health questionnaire, in Spanish or English. A licensed provider reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You are not charged if the provider does not approve you. If approved, the medication ships in discreet packaging within one to three business days. Follow-up is included. You can message your provider and adjust treatment from your patient dashboard. The weight-loss page promises unlimited appointments and messaging, around the clock. The peptide pages promise regular check-ins and on-demand support. The terms describe the service as asynchronous telemedicine. No page says whether a live video or phone visit is part of it.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
No product page mentions lab work, before or during treatment. The only lab terms on the site belong to a testosterone program described in the terms, which is not sold on any page.

What it claims, and what it cites
The weight-loss figures are RxSaludable's own. The home page says members lost an average of 29.3 lbs in six months, based on self-reported data from 111 members. The weight-loss page says patients lose 18% of their body weight on average, and that 93% kept the weight off for good. A footnote says this data covers only the first six months of treatment. Six months cannot show weight kept off for good. The FAQ does name real trials: STEP-1 for semaglutide, and SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 for tirzepatide. Those trials tested the brand-name drugs, not compounded versions. The patient count changes by page: 50,000+ active members on the home page, 10,000+ patients on the weight-loss page. The sermorelin page says its potency is tested every three to six months and sterility on every batch. No test report is published.

- Microdose GLP-1
- A low-dose plan of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide that never names which drug you get, so it is not set against full-dose prices.
- Testosterone program
- Described in the terms with its own membership, but not sold on any page.
How it bills
Each peptide has two plans, and both print a first-month price and the price after it. On the monthly plan, sermorelin and NAD+ are $189 a month after the first, and glutathione is $159. The three-month plan is cheaper per month, but the footnote says it is paid upfront or through buy now, pay later. Your provider visit, the medication and shipping are inside the price, with no membership fee. You can pause or cancel from your patient dashboard, with no cancellation fee. The refund policy is short: all sales of prescription products are final, unless the pharmacy made an error filling your order. The terms still describe a membership fee and per-consult charges. They apply to a testosterone program that the site does not sell.
