REMEVi

A bilingual GLP-1 and wellness service that prints every dose level it dispenses. The prescribers come from a named network, not by name.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated September 2026

The short version

You can see a lot here before you pay. Every GLP-1 dose level is printed, the four pharmacies are named, and the whole intake runs in Spanish. What you cannot see is who will write your prescription. The clinicians come through the OpenLoop network, and none is named. The peptide side is thinner, with no dose printed for any of its six preparations.

REMEVi LLC is a Las Vegas telehealth company founded in 2026. It runs in English and Spanish. Its GLP-1 program sells compounded semaglutide as a weekly injection or a daily dissolving tablet, and compounded tirzepatide as a weekly injection. A separate wellness program sells six preparations at one price. Four of them fall outside this site: B12 with MIC, methylene blue drops, Lipo-C and L-carnitine. The two that fall inside are NAD+ and glutathione. Sermorelin has its own page at the same price.

What REMEVi prescribes, by goal

  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $269 per 4 wks$291 a calendar month, our arithmetic

Semaglutide is $199 every four weeks and tirzepatide $269, month to month. The price-by-dose page lists five weekly levels for each. Semaglutide runs from 0.2 mg to 2.24 mg, and tirzepatide from 2.125 mg to 11.125 mg. Every level costs the same. The oral tablet is $249 every four weeks, at 5 mg or 10 mg a day. REMEVi's own protocol calls the tablet generally less effective than the injection. That is worth weighing if you are choosing it to avoid needles.

    • Oral (compounded)From $229 per 4 wks$248.08 a calendar month, our calendar-month conversion

NAD+ is $229 every four weeks as an injection, a nasal spray or an oral dropper. Glutathione is also $229, as an injection under the skin or into muscle. Both pages print no dose. The NAD+ page says your clinician sets the dose and schedule. It also links the FDA's alert about ingredient quality in injectable NAD+.

    • Injection (compounded)From $229 per 4 wks$248.08 a calendar month, our calendar-month conversion

Sermorelin is $229 every four weeks as an injection under the skin. The page calls it a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog. It promises close supervision but prints no dose. You will not know the vial size or schedule until a clinician writes it.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

Your prescriber is a clinician from the OpenLoop network, licensed in the state where you live. The site names the network, not the person. It publishes a July snapshot of that network: 1,034 clinicians holding 9,561 state licenses. The one clinician named by REMEVi is Linda West-Conforti, a registered nurse. She reviews patient-education pages, and the FAQ says she does not prescribe. The medical-team page tells you to ask for your clinician's name and license number. It then walks you through checking it with your state board.

You start with a free questionnaire of about 15 screens. No card is needed to begin. You see your plan and the full charge before paying. A clinician then reviews your answers and decides whether to prescribe. They may ask for more information, lab work or a live video visit, so a video-free path is not guaranteed. After the first shipment, follow-up with the clinician is part of the price. Care coordinators answer in English or Spanish, seven days a week. The NAD+ program works differently: its application opens on OpenLoop, in English only.

Are labs required?

Included for GLP-1s

For the GLP-1 program, any lab tests your clinician requires are included in the plan price. Your clinician decides which tests you need. The peptide and NAD+ pages say nothing about labs either way.

What it claims, and what it cites

The boldest claim is a 5% results guarantee. The refund policy says you get the medication cost back if you follow the plan and lose less than 5% of your starting weight. You need an active subscription and completed check-ins to qualify. The shipping claim comes with its own numbers. The site says the median time from payment to shipment was 3.6 days. It gives the sample, 33 orders from July to September, and the middle range of 1.9 to 7.0 days. The trial figures are labeled honestly. The 20.9% weight loss beside tirzepatide is from SURMOUNT-1, and the footer says it was not measured in REMEVi patients. The 5.0 Google rating rests on 13 reviews.

How it bills

Every plan bills in 28-day cycles, and the site says so plainly. Month to month, semaglutide is $199, tirzepatide $269 and the oral tablet $249. The 12-week and 24-week plans cost less per cycle but are paid upfront. The six wellness preparations and sermorelin are each $229 every four weeks. There is no membership charge, and shipping is included. You can cancel future renewals with 72 hours' notice before the billing date.

Frequently asked questions

Who prescribes at REMEVi?
A clinician from the OpenLoop network, licensed in your state. The site names the network but no individual. Ask your care team for your clinician's name and license number.
Which pharmacy fills my prescription?
One of four named pharmacies: RedRock in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York or Triad Rx in Alabama. Your label names the one assigned to you.
Can I do everything in Spanish?
For the GLP-1 program, yes. The questionnaire, visit, dosing instructions, portal and billing are all offered in Spanish. The NAD+ application opens in English.
Will I need a video visit?
Not always. The clinician reviews your questionnaire first and may ask for a live video visit, labs or more information before deciding.
