The short version
PlexusDx is one of the easier sellers to price: one monthly figure per compound, no membership, and nothing charged until a prescriber approves you. The weak spots are the peptide pages, most of which leave the dose entirely to the prescriber, and a genetic-test upsell that the site itself says cannot tell you which peptide to take.

The longevity shelf holds five compounded products: NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, a GHK-Cu cream and PT-141. The weight-loss shelf holds compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections or daily dissolving tablets, plus a low-dose starter program.

Compounded semaglutide injections run from 0.25 mg to 2 mg weekly, and the tablets from 3 mg to 24 mg daily. Tirzepatide injections run from 2.5 mg to 15 mg weekly, and the tablets from 5 mg to 25 mg daily. NAD+ is offered as an injection, a nasal spray or a tablet at one price, and the page prints no dose for any of them. Glutathione is a nasal spray or a troche, typically 200 to 600 mg taken two or three times a week. The GHK-Cu cream prints no dose or strength.

Sermorelin is the product for recovery too, on the same plans as for sleep. Its page says recovery and body composition shift over the two months after sleep improves, and cites no study for that.

Sermorelin comes as an injection or a dissolving tablet under the tongue, and the prescriber picks which. No dose in milligrams is printed; the page says the strength and schedule are set at review. It turns away anyone with an active or recent cancer, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone recovering from surgery or a critical illness.
Prices are the seller’s own published starting figures, each in the unit the seller states. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

A licensed clinician
The site says an independent network of US-licensed clinicians prescribes, through a separate telehealth platform, and that PlexusDx itself is not a medical practice or a pharmacy. Its FAQ names the two doctors who lead that medical team, each with an NPI number. It also lists its partner compounding pharmacies by name and phone number, though not which one fills a given order.
You start with a short online questionnaire that asks for your goals, height, weight and contact details, then complete a medical intake. In 45 states a prescriber reviews it in writing, usually within a business day; five states require a scheduled video call before the first prescription ships. Nothing is charged until the prescriber approves you. After that, the peptide pages promise monthly check-ins and unlimited messages, and every refill is re-approved by the prescriber before it ships.

No blood work is required to start any program. Every product page says a prescriber may recommend testing based on your history, and PlexusDx sells its own at-home blood panels, which you order and pay for separately.

What it claims, and what it cites
The weight-loss pages quote the headline results of the large brand-name trials without naming them. The peptide pages cite one paper each, for what the molecule is, and then promise results on a timeline that paper does not cover. PlexusDx has also published its own look back at 60 low-dose tirzepatide patients, and is candid that it had no comparison group and relied on self-reported weights.

Sermorelin and NAD+ are $179 month to month, $149 a month on a three-month plan or $129 a month on a six-month plan. Glutathione is $125, the GHK-Cu cream $139 and PT-141 $189, each a flat monthly price with no longer plan. There is no membership, visit or dose fee, and shipping is included. Cancellation is self-service in the patient portal, with no fee. The medication and clinical charges are billed by the platform that supports the prescribers, not by PlexusDx. Its refund policy page covers only shipping times and says nothing about a prescription.
