The short version

Pepti prints the most complete dosing of any seller on this list, and it names the pharmacy and the lab that tests each lot. The limits are in the fine print. The 28-day cycle means thirteen charges a year, two supply lengths contradict each other, and most of the catalog is research peptides this site does not cover.

Pepti is a cash-pay online clinic that sells only peptides and a few injectable vitamins. Its catalog runs to more than fifty products, and the home page and FAQ disagree on the exact count. The compounds this site covers are sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, PT-141, semaglutide and tirzepatide. Everything else on the shelf is a research peptide or a blend of them.

Semaglutide starts at 0.25 mg weekly and tirzepatide at 2.5 mg weekly, each with a printed volume per injection. Unlike the flat-priced sellers, Pepti charges more at each higher dose, so the price rises as the dose is stepped up.

Sexual health

PT-141 is a 10 mg vial at 2 mg per mL, injected at 0.5 mL two to four hours before sex, no more than four times a month. The page header calls one vial an eleven-week supply, while its own FAQ calls it a monthly supply shipped every 28 days.

NAD+ comes as a 1,000 mg vial at 100 mg per mL, with directions to inject 0.83 mL three times a week. The same page labels the starter as 1,000 mg weekly, which does not square with those directions. Glutathione is a 1,000 mg vial at 200 mg per mL, injected at 0.41 mL three times a week, and a 2,000 mg vial is also sold.

Sermorelin comes as a 10 mg vial at 2 mg per mL, injected at 0.25 mL on Monday through Friday nights. A pen at 3 mg per mL is the pricier option. Bloodwork is required before sermorelin, as it is for every growth-hormone secretagogue Pepti sells.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

A physician, not a nurse practitioner, reviews every intake and every refill, according to the FAQ. The legal pages describe that physician as independent and affiliated with a partner physician network. Two doctors are named as medical director and chief medical officer, and the site says neither is a Pepti employee. The page does not say which physician reviews a given patient.

You complete an online questionnaire, and the physician reviews it without an appointment. The FAQ says no video visit is needed in most cases, and that a live conversation, if the physician wants one, is arranged in your account at no extra fee. Follow-up messages to the physician cost nothing extra, with most replies within 24 hours. Dose changes need no appointment, and each refill is reviewed before it goes to the pharmacy.

Are labs required?

Required for sermorelin

Bloodwork is required before the GLP-1s and sermorelin, and not before glutathione, NAD+ or PT-141. You can upload recent results free or buy an at-home panel, which the site prices at $149 once or $129 a month. Product pages call labs part of one price, but the FAQ says lab tests are not included.

What it claims, and what it cites

The GLP-1 pages cite their trials by name and PubMed ID, which is more than most sellers do, but both overstate them. The semaglutide page promises 15 to 20% loss over 68 weeks while its cited trial reported 14.9%. The tirzepatide page claims up to 22.5% beside a trial it quotes at 20.9%. The FAQ's promise of improvement within weeks cites nothing.

FDA cites a possible risk of immunogenicity and peptide-related impurities, and says it has no, or only limited, safety information for the proposed routes.
GHK-Cu injection
GHK-Cu may be compounded only in a non-injected form, and Pepti sells it only as an injection.

How it bills

Each product is a subscription charged once per fill, every 28 days rather than on a calendar date, so a year brings thirteen charges. Sermorelin is $229 a vial, NAD+ $249, glutathione $199 and PT-141 $259, with pens at $299 to $319. Semaglutide runs from $99 at 0.25 mg to $199 at 2.5 mg, and tirzepatide from $159 to $319. There is no membership, consult or shipping fee. Canceling stops the next fill at once with no fee, but a shipped fill is not refunded. HSA and FSA cards usually work.
