Pallas Health
Pallas names the physician overseeing care and prints her NPI. The federal registry confirms it. Very little in this category can be checked that way.

The short version
Pallas is a platform, not a practice. It says so plainly. It then names the physician who oversees care. It prints an NPI you can verify. That check passes.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
Pallas states that it does not employ providers. It does not practice medicine. It does not direct clinical decisions. Care comes from Lion MD, a nationwide team of licensed clinicians. A service called CareValidate verifies licensure. The medical team is led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD. Her NPI is printed on the page: 1689841744. The federal NPPES registry returns her, status active. Her primary taxonomy is family medicine. Licenses appear across fifteen states. Pallas says it posts this because several state telemedicine rules require it. A second physician, Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, MD, is listed with an NPI too. The operator is Brentmoor, Inc.
You start an online visit. A clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate. Nothing is charged until one prescribes. A declined applicant is refunded in full. In 43 states the visit is written. A short video visit is needed in seven states and D.C. Provider care and follow-ups sit inside the plan. No membership fee is added. Canceling ends the plan at the period's end.
Are labs required?
Not asked for
The treatment pages do not ask for bloodwork before a prescription. They also do not say when a clinician might order any.

What it claims, and what it cites
Pallas hedges its benefit claims rather than asserting them. Sermorelin may support lean muscle, strength and recovery. It may support body composition and skin. Those are the site's own words. Small GHRH trials in older adults are cited beside them. The page says those trials were short. It says they are no proof for compounded sermorelin. Its compounding disclosure is unusually direct. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. They are not generic versions of brand drugs. The FDA has not evaluated them for safety, efficacy or quality. Pallas states it does not market them as equivalent to brand products.
