Nex Gen Health Rx
A cash-pay telehealth catalog with compounded GLP-1s and four injectable peptides. Its pharmacy sits beside its name in the footer, and its doctors are never named.
Review by Leah Garner, clinical-evidence editor · Updated October 2026
The short version
Nex Gen Health Rx names the pharmacy that fills its orders but not the people who write the prescriptions. Only the GLP-1 pages print a starting strength, while the peptide pages give a schedule and nothing more. Two of its own pages disagree on refrigerated shipping, and a refund promise in one FAQ is missing from the policy it cites.

Visit Nex Gen Health Rx →Nex Gen Health Rx is a cash-pay telehealth service with an office address in Richmond, Virginia. It prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and injectable glutathione, NAD+, sermorelin and PT-141. The wider catalog runs from metformin to hair-loss, birth-control and cold-sore treatments. It does not bill insurance, though the FAQ says HSA and FSA cards work at checkout.
What Nex Gen Health Rx prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $190/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $239/mo
Compounded semaglutide is $190 for a 30-day supply at 0.5 mg, and compounded tirzepatide $239 at 2.5 mg. Both are weekly injections, and both pages state one flat monthly rate as the dose is adjusted. A syringe and alcohol-pad kit is included. Prepaid 90-, 180- and 360-day plans cost less per month, and the homepage's $99 and $149 are the 360-day rates. The 90-day semaglutide option is labeled 0.25 mg rather than 0.5 mg, with no explanation.
Sexual health
- PT-141 (bremelanotide)FDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $189/mo
PT-141 is $189 a month, offered for men and women as an injection or a nasal spray. The page prints no dose, no schedule and no price difference between the two forms.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $57.32/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
NAD+ is $299 a month as a weekly injection, given into muscle or under the skin. Glutathione is $57.32 a month, also a weekly injection. Neither page prints a dose, a vial size or a volume, so how much either month contains is not stated. Glutathione can be prepaid for 90, 180 or 360 days at the same monthly rate.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $195/mo
Sermorelin is $195 a month and is described as a nightly micro-dose, taken once each night. The page prints no dose in micrograms and no vial size. A 90-day plan brings the monthly rate to $192.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $195/mo
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The FAQ describes the prescribers as an independent network of US board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners, licensed where each patient lives. A second answer calls it an independent group of US-licensed physicians across weight, sexual health, hormones, dermatology and longevity. The site names no medical group and no clinician, and the terms of use do not either. The pharmacy is easier to trace. The footer and the returns address both read Nex Gen Health Rx / Manifest Pharmacy, at an address in Greer, South Carolina. The FAQ adds that partners include 503A compounding pharmacies, without naming the others. The terms let you send a prescription to any pharmacy you choose, and the FAQ warns the price may then differ.
You fill in an online health assessment, and the FAQ says you also submit a photo ID and a picture of yourself. A US-licensed physician reviews the intake and messages you through the platform if more is needed. A video visit is scheduled only if your state requires one. The FAQ says you are charged only after a provider approves the prescription. After approval, every product page lists ongoing provider care and support. The product FAQs say you can message your care team anytime and that a real person replies within hours. Follow-up, refills and dose adjustments run through the same account, according to the About page.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
No page mentions lab work, before a prescription or during treatment. No lab fee appears on a product page, in the cart or at checkout.

What it claims, and what it cites
The GLP-1 pages promise up to about 15% body-weight reduction on semaglutide and up to about 20% on tirzepatide, with no study cited. Those figures come from trials of the brand-name drugs, not of compounded versions. Each product page does say that compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The NAD+ page says the injection activates sirtuins and supports DNA repair, neuroprotection and insulin sensitivity. No study is cited for any of these, in people or otherwise. The glutathione page credits the injection with skin-brightening and whole-body antioxidant support, also without a source.

How it bills
Plans refill automatically, and the FAQ says you can pause, adjust or cancel from your account with no phone call. The cart and checkout show the product price and nothing else: glutathione is $57.32 as the subtotal and the total. Consultation and shipping are described as included. Refunds read differently depending on the page. The returns policy says all sales are final once your card is charged and the package reaches the carrier. The GLP-1 FAQs say unused months on multi-month plans are refundable under that same policy, which does not say so. Shipping disagrees too, since the FAQ promises cold packs and the returns policy says nothing ships refrigerated.
