Mondae
Mondae sells three peptide injections and two compounded GLP-1s through a telehealth network its terms name. No product page prints a dose, a schedule for the peptides, or the pharmacy that fills the order.

The short version
Mondae's terms name the network behind its prescribers. The product pages are thin on what a patient would check first. No dose is printed for any product, no pharmacy is named, and the peptide pages give no schedule. Its FAQ and its refund policy also disagree about whether a declined patient pays anything.

Mondae is a cash-pay telehealth platform run by Mondae LLC, which gives a Wyoming address in its terms. It sells five compounded injections. Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione sit under anti-aging; semaglutide and tirzepatide under weight loss. Mondae says it does not manufacture medicine or practice medicine. Its terms describe the care as coming from a contracted network of physicians licensed in your state.
What Mondae prescribes, by goal

- SemaglutideFDA-approved

- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $126/mo
Semaglutide is $87 a month and tirzepatide $126 a month on the one-month plan. Each page calls it a once-weekly injection, with no dose in milligrams. The FAQ says your provider sets the dose and can change it. Mondae says the monthly price does not rise with the dose.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
NAD+ and glutathione are $99 a month each. The pages describe them only as provider-directed injections for cellular support and for antioxidant support. No dose is printed, and neither page says how often to inject.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
Sermorelin is $99 a month, described as a provider-directed injection for growth hormone signaling. The page prints no dose and no schedule.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The terms name the network that supplies your clinician: Bask Telehealth LLC, at a New York address. Its clinicians are described as employed by or contracted with a network of physician practices. The FAQ says state-licensed U.S. clinicians prescribe. No individual clinician is named anywhere on the site. The terms add that Mondae makes no representations about the training or skill of any provider. The pharmacy is not named either. The pages refer only to licensed U.S. pharmacies and, in the terms, a pharmacy network.
You start with an online questionnaire about your health history, current medicines and goals. A U.S.-licensed provider then reviews it and holds a medical consultation, which the terms call an online visit. Neither page says whether that visit is live, by video or written. If you are prescribed, the order usually ships within five to seven days of approval, by two-day air. Medicines that need refrigeration travel with ice packs. After that you can message your provider through a patient portal. There you can raise dose concerns and request follow-up consultations and dose changes.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
No page mentions bloodwork. Lab results appear only in the privacy policy, as a category of information Mondae may hold.

What it claims, and what it cites
Mondae makes few outcome claims on its product pages. The homepage says it has more than 40,000 happy patients and gives no source for the figure. A footer says plainly that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and that no result is guaranteed. Its one article, on how semaglutide works, lists the FDA and the National Library of Medicine as references. It says results vary and names nausea, constipation and injection-site reactions among the effects clinicians see. Mondae also pays creators to promote it. Its partner page offers $50 for each referred patient whose medicine ships, plus monthly bonuses of up to $1,450, and asks for two posts a month.

How it bills
Each treatment has a one-month and a three-month plan. The three-month plans print a total: $285 for any peptide, $225 for semaglutide and $372 for tirzepatide. The homepage cards show the three-month monthly rates, and the peptide cards label that rate billed monthly. Shipping is included. Every treatment page says there is no membership fee, though the price-for-life promise depends on a membership staying active. The FAQ says you will not be charged unless a physician approves treatment. The refund policy says consultation fees are non-refundable, even when nothing is prescribed. No consultation fee amount is printed anywhere. Subscriptions renew automatically. The terms say the cancellation cutoff and method are shown at checkout. An order can be canceled by email only before it is dispensed or shipped. Medicines cannot be returned once shipped, and damage must be reported within 48 hours.
