Midi Health
A menopause clinic first, with a 30-minute visit before any prescription and a clinician you can book by name. The medication is priced in the open; the visit is a separate bill.

The short version
Choose Midi if you want an actual appointment with a women's health clinician, not a form. You get a 30-minute first visit, a written Care Plan and 15-minute follow-ups. The trade-off is cost structure. Each visit is billed on its own, to insurance or at $250 and then $150 self-pay. The GLP-1 tables also price a four-week supply, so a year holds thirteen of them.

Midi Health is a virtual clinic for women in perimenopause, menopause and midlife. Weight care is one of its service lines, next to hormone therapy and general health. Its peptide menu has five products. There are compounded GLP-1 and dual-action GLP-1/GIP medicines, each as an injection or as under-the-tongue drops. The others are sermorelin injections, an NAD+ nasal spray and a GHK-Cu repair cream. It takes most major PPO insurance for the visit, and medication is cash-pay.

The GLP-1 comes as an injection or as drops you hold under the tongue. For the injection, the site tells you to rotate the injection site each week. Every dose on the ladder has its own printed price. The injection starts at $165.90 for 0.1 mg to 0.5 mg and reaches $355.00 at 2.5 mg. The dual-action injection runs $210.00 to $434.00, and the drops $164.00 to $275.00 and $209.00 to $460.00. Each is a four-week supply, which works out to about $180, $228, $178 and $226 a calendar month at the starting rung. A microdosing program starts at $34 a week for eligible patients. Brand-name GLP-1s go to your own pharmacy, and your insurance sets that price.
Longevity
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Nasal spray (compounded)From $165/mo
The NAD+ nasal spray is $165 for a 30-day, 15 ml supply. The page prints no dose per spray and no schedule. The GHK-Cu repair cream is $100 for a 30-day, 30 ml jar. It pairs 0.1% GHK-Cu with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, and you apply a pea-sized amount in the morning or at night.
Recovery
- GHK-CuLegal to compound
- Topical (compounded)From $100/mo
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $179/mo
Sermorelin starts at $179 a month as an injection under the skin. The page prints no dose and no schedule, so ask your clinician both. It says sermorelin is not for you if you are under 25, pregnant, or have active cancer or a pituitary tumor.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $179/mo
The sermorelin page lists better sleep quality among its benefits. No study sits beside that line, so treat it as a claim to raise at your visit.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
Your prescriber is a board-certified nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife trained in women's health. Midi says it has more than 550 of them. Each one has a bio page with name and credentials. You can often book a specific clinician by name, though not every bio offers that. Their care follows protocols set by Midi's physicians and a named advisory board of doctors. The terms call the clinical side affiliated medical practices, without naming those groups. The GLP-1 page describes licensed, 503A-accredited partner compounding pharmacies without naming them. The help center does name two pharmacies for the Custom Rx line: Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Belmar Pharmacy.
You book online and fill in a questionnaire about your health, weight history, medicines and goals. You then have a telehealth consultation before any prescription. That first visit runs about 30 minutes. You leave with a written Care Plan, which may include medication, labs and lifestyle guidance. After that, 15-minute follow-up visits are your check-ins, used to adjust the dose and handle side effects. You book them yourself, as often as you need. Between visits you can message your care team in the patient portal. Some topical products skip the visit. The GHK-Cu cream, for example, starts with a questionnaire a clinician reviews, usually within 24 hours.
Are labs required?
If ordered, billed separately
Labs are not automatic. Your clinician may order targeted tests, such as blood sugar or cholesterol, usually through Labcorp near you. Labs are billed separately from the visit, and insurance may cover some of that cost.

What it claims, and what it cites
The weight page leans on patient quotes rather than a program-wide average. Each quote names only that patient's own result. The sermorelin page makes the boldest claims. It says sermorelin is more effective than testosterone for body composition and sleep, and safer than growth hormone. Nothing is cited for either line. The NAD+ page says most patients feel more alert within 30 to 60 minutes, again without a source. The copper cream is described as clinically shown to support collagen, and its help-center page says each ingredient has many studies behind it. Neither page names one. The clinicians page does cite its source. It gives a 2019 journal survey for the line that few medical residents feel ready to manage menopause.

How it bills
You pay for two things separately: the visits and the medication. The first visit is $250 self-pay, and each 15-minute follow-up is $150. With in-network insurance you pay your copay, deductible or coinsurance instead. Your card is checked at booking but charged only after the visit ends. There is no membership fee. The GLP-1 tables price a four-week supply with shipping and supplies included. Thirteen supplies fall in a year, so the monthly cost runs higher than the table shows. The two drops pages print $154 and $199 per month, below the table's $164.00 and $209.00. Plan on the table figure until your clinician confirms the price. Prescription products cannot be returned or refunded. Visits canceled with less than 24 hours' notice carry a fee, and the amount is not published. Midi does not treat Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients, even self-pay. Medicare patients can pay cash but cannot file claims. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a visit before Midi prescribes a GLP-1?
- Yes. You fill in a questionnaire, then meet a clinician for about 30 minutes. Some topical creams skip the visit; the GLP-1s, sermorelin and NAD+ do not.
- Who will I see at Midi?
- A board-certified nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife trained in women's health. Each has a bio page, and you can often book one by name.
- What does a GLP-1 cost at Midi in a year?
- Count thirteen four-week supplies, not twelve. Then add the visits: $250 for the first and $150 for each follow-up if you pay yourself.
- Can I use Medicaid or Medicare at Midi?
- Medicaid and Medi-Cal patients cannot be treated, even paying cash. Medicare patients can book self-pay visits but cannot submit claims.
