Lumora
A management company runs the site. A named physician practice does the prescribing. The pharmacy is never named.

The short version
The chain of responsibility is written down. Lumora is a management company, not a medical practice. Arora Health & Aesthetics is named as the practice behind the care. Two of its physicians are named on the providers page. The pharmacy is not named anywhere. Visit, lab and follow-up charges exist but carry no published amount.

Lumora MD is a cash-pay telehealth platform. The legal name is Blue Skies MD LLC, of Roy, Washington. It takes no insurance. The medication catalog lists ten items. Six are compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, plain or paired with B12 or glycine. The others are sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and a Lipo-B injection. A gonadorelin page also exists, off the catalog grid. Its options are shown only after sign-in.

- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $245/mo
- Sublingual (compounded)Price not published
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)Price not published
- Sublingual (compounded)Price not published
Compounded semaglutide with B12 or glycine is $245 for the standard supply. The two-month supply is $420. Three months is $477 with B12 and $480 with glycine. The product pages state the strengths: 1, 2, 4, 6 and 10 mg per mL. It is a weekly injection, titrated by the provider. Tirzepatide is sold in the same three versions. None of them shows a price before checkout. The plain product pages say a sublingual form is also available. It carries no price either. Baseline metabolic labs are required for semaglutide.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $150 per vial
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $200 per vial
NAD+ is sold as a 10 mL vial at 100 mg per mL. It is $200, or $300 for two months and $375 for three. Glutathione is a 10 mL vial at 200 mg per mL. It is $150, or $270 and $360. Each page prints no dose per injection and no schedule. The NAD+ page is headed Evidence: Strong. It cites nothing for that label.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $200 per vial
Sermorelin is sold as a 5 mL vial at 3 mg per mL. It is $200, or $360 for two months and $480 for three. The page says it is injected once a night. It prints no dose per injection. Baseline IGF-1 and metabolic labs are recommended. The growth-hormone page says pituitary function is evaluated before starting.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $200 per vial
Sermorelin is the product tied to sleep here. The page says sleep and energy often improve first, sometimes within 2 to 4 weeks. It cites nothing for that.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The terms describe Lumora as a managed services organization. They say it does not employ physicians or practice medicine. Clinical decisions belong to independent providers in affiliated professional entities. The providers page names that practice as Arora Health & Aesthetics. It calls it a board-certified physician practice. It names two physicians. Dr. Sean Arora, MD, is listed as founder. Dr. Shannon Arora, MD, is listed as chief medical officer. Your own prescriber comes from a wider network of licensed clinicians. That clinician is matched to your state and is not named in advance. The providers FAQ says the network includes physicians and other licensed clinicians. The mix varies by state. The pharmacy is not named. The terms call it a network of licensed pharmacies or compounding facilities. You may ask for a pharmacy of your choice instead. Lumora itself takes the payment.
The intake is an online assessment, free and with no card. It asks for goals, history, medications and symptoms. A clinician licensed in your state is then matched to you. Most matches happen within 24 hours, the providers page says. The how-it-works FAQ is more cautious: many reviews begin within one business day. The clinician checks contraindications, interactions and labs where indicated. A provider can decline. After a prescription you message the same clinician through your account. Video visits may be available when useful or preferred, the providers FAQ says. You can ask to switch clinicians. Phone support runs weekdays, 8am to 8pm Eastern.
Are labs required?
Required, price unpublished
Labs are named as a separate charge. Every product page lists visit fees, medication, labs and follow-up as parts of the full price. None of those amounts is published. Semaglutide requires baseline metabolic labs. The tirzepatide FAQ names HbA1c, lipids, kidney function and a thyroid panel. Sermorelin recommends baseline IGF-1 and metabolic labs.

What it claims, and what it cites
Each product page makes one promise about price. You see full pricing before you commit: visit fees, medication, labs, follow-up. Only the medication is priced in public. The other three lines appear after the assessment. The NAD+ page carries a label reading Evidence: Strong. No study is cited beside it. The same page lists benefits under the heading Benefits People claim from injectable NAD+. They include addiction recovery support and hair growth. Nothing is cited for any of them. The semaglutide page says users typically lose 9 to 17% of body weight. The tirzepatide page says 15 to 20% or more. Neither names a trial. The homepage says LegitScript-certified. The footer seal links to LegitScript's own lookup for Lumora. The condition pages make a refund promise. If treatment cannot be prescribed, payment is refunded under the checkout terms. Those checkout terms are not public.

How it bills
Each priced product has three rungs: a standard supply, two months and three months. Each rung prints a total, not a monthly average. The terms say some care plans renew automatically. The frequency is disclosed at checkout. The terms say you can cancel any time. Use account settings or email Lumora's support address before the next billing date. Charges are generally non-refundable once an order is processed. Exceptions cover damage, loss in transit and unavailable treatment. For unavailable treatment the refund is prorated on the unshipped part of a prepaid plan. It is processed within 30 days. Shipping is never priced. The help center says timing depends on the pharmacy, the product and clinical steps.
