Loop Health

A free membership with the pharmacy priced on top. The clinicians who prescribe are independent, and none of them is named.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated September 2026

The short version

The prices are the plain part. Each product has one monthly figure and nothing is discounted. The clinical side is harder to see. Loop calls itself a technology platform, not a healthcare provider, and it names no prescriber and no pharmacy. Its policies are stamped as drafts, and the returns page is not written yet.

Loop Health, LLC calls itself an independent health research collective. It sells a membership, free for now, that bundles coaching, group sessions, lab access and protocol design. Medication is sold separately. The peptide grid lists ten compounds. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as injections and dissolving tablets. NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray. Sermorelin, glutathione, PT-141 and vitamin B12 round it out.

What Loop Health prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)Price not published
    • Oral (compounded)From $399/mo
    • Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
    • Oral (compounded)From $199/mo

Compounded semaglutide is $199 a month as an injection or a tablet. Tirzepatide is $299 as an injection and $399 as a tablet. All four are marked as covering all doses. So titration should not change the bill.

Sexual health

PT-141 starts at $299 a month. It sits on the women's peptide grid, and it is priced the same way as the rest.

Longevity

  • GlutathioneLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $149/mo
  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $229/mo
    • Nasal spray (compounded)From $299/mo

NAD+ is $229 a month as an injection and $299 as a nasal spray. The spray is the only product that states a strength, 900 mg or 1200 mg. Glutathione is $149. All three are priced as starting at, which means the figure can rise.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $229/mo

Sermorelin starts at $229 a month. The page links it to sleep, recovery and body composition. It says effects build over weeks. It gives no vial size or dose.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The terms are direct about the arrangement. Loop is a technology platform, and it connects members with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Those providers use their own clinical judgment. No clinician is named on the site, and neither is the group they work through. The terms add that a provider may want an in-person exam and may decline to prescribe. Pharmacies are described as licensed compounding pharmacies, also unnamed.

Treatment starts from a Get started button on each product. The intake asks for an email address before anything else. What the membership adds is described in detail: a personal coach, weekly live group sessions, lab access, protocol design and wearable analytics. One-to-one coaching costs $149 a call. Those coaches are not described as the prescribers. The site publishes no schedule for clinical reviews after a prescription.

Are labs required?

Optional, sold separately

No lab work is required before a prescription. Lab panels are sold on their own, with a lower member price. The smaller panel covers 81 biomarkers and the larger one 108.

What it claims, and what it cites

The loudest claim is about value. The homepage says the membership could cost about $10,000 if bought piece by piece, and that it is free for now. The $10,000 is built from market prices for a coach, labs and analytics. It is not a price anyone is asked to pay. Free for now also means the price is expected to change, and the page gives no date. The terms make a quality claim. Every compound is said to come with third-party certificates of analysis. No certificate appears on any product page. The terms still describe paid membership tiers that auto-renew, and member discounts by tier. None of that matches a free single membership. The whole document is stamped Draft, pending legal review. So is the telehealth consent.

Tesamorelin
Approved only as Egrifta, for excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Its label says it is not indicated for weight loss. Egrifta became a biologic (BLA) on March 23, 2020, and FDA says compounded versions of these products do not qualify for the 503A or 503B compounding exemptions.
A refund or returns policy
The returns page reads Coming soon, and says the policy is being finalized.
The prescribing clinicians or their group
The terms describe independent providers without naming any.
Members-only compounds
The grid says members unlock more compounds after signing in, and does not list them.

How it bills

Each medication has one monthly figure. The GLP-1s say all doses: $199 for semaglutide in either form, $299 for the tirzepatide injection and $399 for the tablet. The peptides say starting at: $229 for sermorelin, $229 for the NAD+ injection, $299 for the spray, $149 for glutathione and $299 for PT-141. B12 is $59. There is no first-month rate, no coupon and no prepaid plan. The membership costs nothing and bills monthly. Medication bills on top of it. The gap is shipping. No page says what it costs or whether it is free.
