iThriveMD

iThriveMD names twelve clinicians and sells a 102-marker lab panel. Its return policy is one line: all purchases are final.

Review by Paul Hardy, standards editor · Updated September 2026

The short version

The clinical front of this site is strong. Twelve clinicians are named. Labs are $499 for 102 markers. Plans print a ladder of four rungs. The legal back of it is thin. The return policy says all purchases are final. The terms call subscriptions non-refundable. A refund clause further down is an unfilled template. Its deadline reads "within day(s)".

In-person clinics in California and Arizona, telehealth across both; NAD+ injections cannot ship to Arizona

iThriveMD is a California and Arizona clinic group with telehealth. It sells weight loss, hormone therapy and an anti-aging shelf. The peptides are sermorelin, PT-141 and a GHK-Cu cream. Around them sit NAD+ injections and wafers, glutathione, methylene blue, metformin and low-dose naltrexone. Diagnostics are a 102-marker blood panel and a whole-body MRI. The MRI is $2,099.

What iThriveMD prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $299 per 4 wks$324 a calendar month, our arithmetic
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $399 per 4 wks$432 a calendar month, our arithmetic

Semaglutide is $199 for the first 28 days, then $299. Tirzepatide is $299, then $399. Both say twice-weekly injections and the same price at every dose. Neither prints a milligram. The microdosing tirzepatide program is the exception. It prints 1.5 mg per dose and 3 mg a week. It also says no lab work is needed to enroll.

Sexual health

PT-141 is a nasal spray at $199 a month. The page gives no dose, no strength and no schedule. What it gives is timing: effects in one to four hours, lasting twelve to twenty-four.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $249 per 4 wks$269.75 a calendar month, our calendar-month conversion
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $100/mo
  • GlutathioneLegal to compound

Listed by the seller; no price we hold.

NAD+ injections are $249, billed every 28 days, at 1000 mg and the same price at every dose. The wafers are $100 a month. They print a loading phase of 200 mg daily for two weeks, then 100 mg daily. Glutathione is $45 with no unit and no billing cycle beside it. NAD+ injections cannot be shipped to Arizona.

    Recovery

    • GHK-CuLegal to compound
      • Topical (compounded)From $99/mo
    • SermorelinLegal to compound
      • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo

The GHK-Cu cream is prescription strength at 2 percent. A 15 g pump is $99 for a month and a 45 g pump is $149 for three. Two full pumps a day, face and neck. An injectable GHK-Cu is described, compared and dosed on the same page, and sold nowhere.

    Sleep

    • SermorelinLegal to compound
      • Injection (compounded)From $249/mo

Sermorelin is $249 a month, falling to $199.20 on a twelve-month prepay. It is taken before bedtime. No milligram appears on the page. Dosing is described only as customized by age, goals and IGF-1 level.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

    Who prescribes

    A licensed clinician

The about page names the doctors. Samir Damani is founder and a cardiovascular specialist. Eleven naturopathic doctors follow him. No license number and no NPI is printed. A separate name appears only in the footer fine print. It names Vishal Verma, Samir Damani, Empower Aesthetics Medical Group and iThriveMD PC. Each, it says, has a financial interest in the others. Vishal Verma is on no team page. No compounding pharmacy is named. The GHK-Cu cream is the exception: iThriveMD says it compounds that one in its own laboratory.

Four steps are printed on every product page. A quick online intake. A clinical consultation. Then the protocol, then ongoing optimization. The site never says whether that consultation is video, phone or in person. Consultations are free and pushed hard. Check-ins are promised in two places. Microdosing plans include monthly provider check-ins. Hormone patients get one every four weeks, then quarterly.

    Are labs required?

    Sold at $499

A 102-marker panel is sold at $499, reviewed with a provider. The homepage says baseline labs come before any plan begins. Testosterone and female hormone therapy both require them. The microdosing weight-loss page says the opposite in its own words: no lab work is needed for enrollment.

What it claims, and what it cites

Nothing here is cited. Three numbers do the selling. Growth hormone is said to fall 14 percent a decade after 30. NAD+ is said to drop more than half by 50. Neither carries a source. Patient stories then carry the weight loss, one of them at 128 pounds in under a year.

    How it bills

Every product carries four rungs: monthly, three months, six and twelve. The discounts are not consistent between them. Sermorelin drops 10, 15 then 20 percent. NAD+ injections drop 15, 35 then 50. A footnote on every page says memberships bill every 28 days. Half the catalog says billed monthly instead. Both cannot be true. Start one plan and a 90-day member window opens on everything else. Sermorelin is $79 a month inside it. That undercuts the best published rung of $199.20. Shipping is stated two ways. The shipping policy says $9 by ground. The member page says free two-day shipping. Canceling stops the next charge at the end of the billing period.

The evidence behind what it sells

    Right for

A reader in California who wants the GHK-Cu strength printed and a lab panel priced. The member window suits people buying more than one thing.

    Look elsewhere if

Anyone who wants the option of a refund. Also anyone in Arizona who wants NAD+ by injection.

    Frequently asked questions

What does iThriveMD's refund policy say?
All purchases are final and no returns are accepted. The terms add that subscriptions are non-refundable. A later refund clause leaves its deadlines blank.
Is iThriveMD billed monthly or every 28 days?
Both, depending on the page. A footnote on every page says memberships bill every 28 days. Sermorelin, PT-141 and the wafers say billed monthly.
How strong is the GHK-Cu cream?
    Two percent. A 15 g pump is $99 for a month. A 45 g pump is $149 for three. Two full pumps a day.
