Invigor Medical

Invigor Medical publishes a price for every plan and names five pharmacies. Only the checkout says how much drug a charge buys, and not one plan prints a dose.

Review by Leah Garner, clinical-evidence editor · Updated September 2026

The short version

Prices here are public, with the doctor consult and supplies folded into each one. The plan pages still hide the quantity: the vial size appears only on each plan's checkout, and no page states a dose or a schedule. Most plans bill every four weeks rather than monthly. The clinical board member named on the editorial page appears as a PA-C there and with an MD on a shop page.

Lowest listed: Glutathione injection, from $155/mo

The homepage claims 50 states licensed; oral sermorelin and B12 exclude California, sermorelin injection excludes Alabama, Arkansas, Minnesota and North Carolina, and other checkouts name further exclusions

Visit Invigor Medical →

Invigor Medical organizes its shop by what you want rather than by drug class. Weight loss is four GLP-1 plans, standard and microdose, single-agonist and dual. Longevity holds sermorelin as an injection or an oral, NAD+ the same two ways, glutathione the same two ways, plus methylene blue, B12 and hormone therapy. Sexual health runs from tadalafil through trimix to PT-141, oxytocin and a combination called Passion+. Around the shop sit fifty-five articles, fifty podcast episodes and six quizzes.

What Invigor Medical prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)Price not published
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $350 per 4 wks$379 a calendar month, our arithmetic

The GLP-1 plus GIP plan starts at $350, billed every four weeks, with a microdose version at $209, and its page warns of injection site reactions. The plain GLP-1 plan names no molecule and no form anywhere, so its price is not listed here. Each plan promises weekly dosing, and no milligram is printed on any of the four, even at checkout.

Sexual health

    • Injection (compounded)From $280 per 4 wks$303 a calendar month, our arithmetic

PT-141 is $280 every four weeks for a 2 ml vial at 10 mg/ml, a strength printed only on its checkout. Oxytocin is $220 as a 28-count dissolving troche or $135 as a nasal spray, and the Passion+ combination $300. No dose and no schedule sits beside any of them. Trimix is priced by the vial at $229, and first-time buyers must also buy a phenylephrine reversal at $56.50.

Longevity

  • GlutathioneLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $155/mo
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $155 per 4 wks$168 a calendar month, our arithmetic
  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $340 per 4 wks$368 a calendar month, our arithmetic
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $209.50 per 4 wks$227 a calendar month, our arithmetic

NAD+ injections start at $340 for a 1000 mg vial and the oral version at $209.50 for 30 tablets of 100 mg, each every four weeks. Glutathione is $155 either way, though the injection's 10 ml vial is billed every two months. Those quantities appear only at checkout, and there is no dose and no injection count on any page.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $220.50 per 4 wks$239 a calendar month, our arithmetic
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $192.50 per 4 wks$209 a calendar month, our arithmetic

Sermorelin injections start at $220.50 for an 8 mg vial and the oral form at $192.50 for 30 tablets of 1 mg, each every four weeks. The oral form cannot be sold in California and the injection is unavailable in four other states, facts the shop index omits. Neither page prints a dose, and both fold the consult and supplies into the price.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $220.50 per 4 wks$239 a calendar month, our arithmetic
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $192.50 per 4 wks$209 a calendar month, our arithmetic

The sermorelin pages sell energy and sleep as the outcome, and the injection page adds that research on similar secretagogues shows deeper sleep. There is no dose, and no study is named on any product page on the site.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The prescribing sits with a named medical group and an unnamed network of physicians. The terms say Try Invigor is not a healthcare provider and that the medical group, Dr Telx, employs or contracts the clinicians. The clinical policy adds that everything is prescribed by United States licensed physicians under a medical director it never names. The editorial page names one clinical board member, Stephen Jones, as a PA-C, while the shop hubs list him with an MD under the doctors who prescribe. Blog articles name other physicians as medical reviewers only. Five pharmacies are named, which is real disclosure, though one of the five is a retail mail-order house rather than a compounder.

The buying page and the clinical policy describe two different services. On the first you choose a plan, pay, and fill in a short medical history. A practitioner licensed in your state then evaluates the order, and contacts you by email, message or phone only if they have further questions. On the second every patient receives a virtual visit with a licensed provider, and treatment is explicitly not offered on demand. The checkout acknowledgment sides with the second and says charges follow a consultation. Follow-up evaluations are promised with no cadence attached, and no messaging allowance is stated anywhere.

Are labs required?

Hormones only, $49 a quarter

Bloodwork is required for the hormone lines and absent from everything else. Testosterone and enclomiphene both say lab testing is required to start, billed at $49 every three months, and the testosterone page offers $49 off if you bring your own results. No peptide or GLP-1 page mentions a lab at all. The clinical policy hedges it to lab testing when applicable.

What it claims, and what it cites

Every product claim here is uncited, and several are stated as fact rather than hedged. Sermorelin is credited with decreased abdominal fat and increased bone density. Oxytocin is said to reduce anxiety. Enclomiphene is said to preserve fertility unlike testosterone therapy, which is a comparison against another treatment with no trial attached.

How it bills

Each plan price includes the doctor consult and the injection supplies, with no membership and no separate visit fee. Most checkouts bill every four weeks, and the sermorelin and NAD+ injections offer larger vials at higher prices. The oral lines add a 90-count supply billed every three months, which is the only prepay rung published. Shipping is described only as discreet and is never priced. Subscriptions renew automatically and must be canceled at least seven days before the renewal date. A new order can be canceled only before the prescription reaches the practitioner's queue, an internal state no customer can see. Delivery problems must be raised within 48 hours. The terms describe users as buying on a cash basis outside any federal or state healthcare program, and no health-savings eligibility is claimed.

Frequently asked questions

Does Invigor Medical say how much sermorelin you get for $220.50?
Only at checkout, where the plan is an 8 mg vial in 4 ml billed every four weeks. Neither the injection page nor the oral page prints a strength or a dosing schedule.
Which pharmacies does Invigor Medical use?
It names Strive Pharmacy, Tailor Made, Belmar Pharma Solutions, Olympia Pharmacy and Gogomeds, without saying which one fills what.
How do I cancel before the next charge?
At least seven days before the renewal date. A first order can only be canceled before it reaches the practitioner's queue, and the site gives you no way to see that.
