Immortals is a longevity company. It sells supplements, lab panels and an app, plus a prescription service called Immortals Medicine. That service offers sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and PT-141. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, brand-name GLP-1s, and non-peptide drugs such as metformin and tadalafil. There is no membership fee.

PT-141 comes as an injection or a nasal spray, and the page prints no dose. It is filed under women's health, and its chart comes from trials in premenopausal women. If you are not in that group, ask the doctor how the evidence applies to you.

NAD+ and glutathione each come as an injection or a nasal spray. No dose is printed for either compound in any form. The spray is the cheaper option for both, which is worth knowing if you would rather not inject.

Sermorelin is an injection, and the page pitches it for fat loss, muscle, sleep and recovery. It prints no dose and no schedule. Its own chief medical officer is quoted saying sermorelin has never been tested in a clinical trial for weight. That makes it, in his words, experimental and off-label.

A U.S.-licensed, board-certified physician reviews your intake. The site names its chief medical officer, a board-certified physician, and quotes him on each product page. It does not say he is the one who reviews your intake. The prescribing doctors themselves are not listed by name.

You answer a guided set of health questions, which takes a few minutes. A physician reviews them within 72 hours and recommends a medicine if it fits. Some states require a live audio or video visit before a prescription. Video visits are available if you want one. After that you get unlimited chat messaging with your doctor for up to 12 months. What it claims, and what it cites

Each peptide page names a published source for its chart. Read what each source studied, though. The glutathione chart comes from IV glutathione in heart-attack patients, not a shot at home. The NAD+ source measured falling levels with age, not the effect of taking it.

Each is billed quarterly, with three months paid up front. A higher crossed-out figure sits beside most of them, but no month-to-month plan is offered. Compounded semaglutide is $196, and tirzepatide is $255. All sales are final. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
