Heally
A telehealth platform with a free first visit and a named roster of doctors. Its sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione pages lead with a package rate, not the price of one month.
Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026
The short version
You can see who might prescribe, and the first visit costs nothing. The price on each peptide page is the catch. It is the monthly share of a two- or three-month package. One month of sermorelin or NAD+ is $199, and glutathione is $125. The doctor profiles also disagree with themselves on who is board-certified in what.

Heally is a cash-pay telehealth platform run by Heally, Inc., with an appointment-only office in New York. The peptide side is a longevity menu. It sells sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, and glutathione injections. Rapamycin, metformin and methylene blue sit on the same menu. Its weight-loss prices are all for brand drugs: the Wegovy pill, the Wegovy injection and Zepbound. PT-141 is priced only inside a three-drug tablet for men.
What Heally prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (brand)From $199/mo
- Oral (brand)From $149/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (brand)From $299/mo
Every priced weight-loss drug is a brand. The Wegovy pill starts at $149 a month and the Wegovy injection at $199, both at the starter dose. Zepbound starts at $299 from Eli Lilly Direct. Higher doses may cost more, and those prices are not printed. The weight page says compounded liraglutide is also available, with no price.
Sexual health
- PT-141 (bremelanotide)FDA-approved
Listed by the seller; no price we hold.
For men, PT-141 comes in a dissolvable 3-in-1 tablet. Each one holds 10 mg tadalafil, 2000 mcg PT-141 and 100 IU oxytocin. The booking page prices one month at $149, two at $249 and three at $299. The product page instead lists a $99 visit that includes the prescription. The women's page says Heally's PT-141 is compounded but prints no price or form.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $125/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
- Nasal spray (compounded)From $199/mo
NAD+ is $199 for one month as an injection or a nasal spray. Two months are $349 and three are $499, which is where the page's $165 comes from. Glutathione is $125 for one month or $199 for two. The product pages print no dose or schedule. Only the booking page shows a bottle: NAD+ at 200 mg per mL in a 5 mL vial.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
Sermorelin is $199 for one month or $349 for two. The product page headlines $175 as the first month, which is the two-month package split in half. The page says your provider sets your dose and schedule. It prints no dose, no vial size and no schedule.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The footer names the practice: all medical services are provided by HLY Medical Group PA. The terms say Heally does not practice medicine and does not employ the providers. The site names the doctors behind its care. The sermorelin page lists five physicians and says they review and write your prescription. The site's doctors page lists seven physicians and a physician assistant, with medical schools and residencies. Read the profiles closely, though. One internal medicine doctor is listed as board-certified in surgery. Another is introduced as a board-certified internist and, a few lines down, as certified by the anesthesiology board. A family medicine doctor is listed under the obstetrics board. The pharmacy is a partner 503A compounding pharmacy, never named.
You create an account, fill in a short health questionnaire and book a free consultation. On the booking page, that consultation is a call from the care team. The doctor then reviews your intake in a telehealth visit, or alone if a live call is not needed. The glutathione and longevity pages describe the visit as video. About 48 hours before the visit, Heally places a hold on your card. You are charged only if the doctor approves you. Doctors are available from 9 AM to 10 PM daily. After you start, the peptide pages promise regular check-ins on side effects and dose. The sermorelin page says follow-up can include IGF-1 and blood sugar labs.
Are labs required?
Offered at extra cost
Labs are offered, not bundled. The sermorelin page says your provider reviews your history and labs, and baseline and follow-up tests such as IGF-1 are available. The same page says lab testing costs extra without giving a figure. A separate lab page says tests start at $175 and lists IGF-1 among its panels.

What it claims, and what it cites
The peptide pages are careful about the drugs. Each one says the compound has no FDA-approved use and that evidence in people is limited. The sermorelin FAQ says plainly that it is not approved for anti-aging, sleep or weight loss. The numbers about Heally itself are looser. The sermorelin page says over 5,000 patients treated. The NAD+ and glutathione pages say 8,000+. The semaglutide page says 250,000+ patients served in all 50 states. None of the three is explained. The doctor profiles are the other weak spot. The same physician is an anesthesiologist on the glutathione page and a board-certified internist on the doctors page.

How it bills
Each peptide has a one-month price and cheaper packages. The product pages lead with the package share, so read the booking page before you book. The pages also disagree on how billing works. Product pages say you are billed only when you reorder. The terms say a subscription charges your card at each interval until you cancel. A renewal can run up to two days early. You can cancel any time from your account or by email. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period, and a part-used period is not refunded. The consultation is free, and there is no membership fee. No shipping price is printed. Glutathione ships in about 5 to 7 business days.
