Harbor
A subscription platform selling sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione at one flat monthly price, with prescribing done by a named telehealth network and no strength printed on any peptide.
Review by Leah Garner, clinical-evidence editor · Updated October 2026
The short version
The prescriber question has a clear answer: MD Integrations' medical group writes the prescriptions. What a clinician prescribes is less clear. No peptide page prints a strength, a vial size or a schedule, so the flat $99 buys an amount you learn only after approval. Once a prescription is written, the payment is not refundable.

Visit Harbor →Harbor is a cash-pay telehealth platform built mainly around compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It also runs three peptide programs, each an injection you give yourself at home: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. Its terms and billing pages name the operator as Harbor Health Inc., a Delaware corporation, and use a second trade name, Arbor, throughout. The terms call the company a technology platform that does not practice medicine and is not a pharmacy.
What Harbor prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $149/mo
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are each sold as a once-weekly injection, at $99 and $149 a month on every page. The product pages call that price flat as the dose climbs. The FAQ says the opposite: both figures are starting tiers set at the lowest doses, and the monthly price may rise at a higher maintenance dose. No milligram dose appears on either product page.
Longevity
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $89/mo
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
NAD+ is $99 a month and glutathione $89, each a subcutaneous injection at home. Both pages carry the same line: dosing follows a schedule your clinician sets. Neither page prints a vial size or how often to inject, and there is no dose in milligrams.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
Sermorelin is $99 a month, sold as a growth-hormone-releasing injection for recovery, lean muscle and sleep. The FAQ says you inject it under the skin on a schedule your clinician sets. The page prints no dose, no vial size and no schedule.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
Deeper sleep is one of the three benefits listed for sermorelin. No separate sleep product is sold, and no dose is printed for it.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
The footer names the prescribing side as a partner medical group, MD Integrations. The telehealth consent is more specific: MDI Medical Group PC and its affiliated medical practices. It is a network, and the peptide pages say a board-certified physician licensed in your state reviews each intake. The homepage shows three physicians by name and medical school, all listed under weight management. No page ties a named physician to the sermorelin, NAD+ or glutathione programs. Pharmacies are described as licensed 503A and 503B facilities, and none is named. The terms add that you may choose your own pharmacy.
You start with an online questionnaire, about 90 seconds on the peptide pages and ten minutes by the homepage's estimate. A clinician reviews it, and the homepage says the consultation type depends on your state. Some patients need a live audio or video visit before any prescription. The FAQ puts approval at 24 to 48 hours, with FedEx Express shipping after it. Afterwards the peptide pages promise regular check-ins with your clinician and around-the-clock messaging through the MD Integrations portal. The billing consent puts the periodic clinical consultations at roughly every three months.
Are labs required?
At the clinician's direction
No page asks for bloodwork before a prescription, and no lab price appears. The telehealth consent says tests such as labs or bloodwork may be done at the provider's direction. It does not say when that happens or who pays.

What it claims, and what it cites
Most of the outcome claims belong to the GLP-1 program, though the peptide pages repeat them. Each peptide page shows a 94.6% success rate and 10,000+ verified members. The compare page's footnote calls the percentage self-reported by members on a personalized plan that includes compounded GLP-1 drugs. A peptide buyer is reading a figure drawn largely from weight-loss patients. The compare page also lists 22.5% average weight loss within 180 days of Harbor's program. The citation under it is SURMOUNT-1, a tirzepatide trial published in 2022. That trial did not study Harbor's members. The sermorelin page calls the program the most complete peptide care program available. The #1 Members' Choice 2026 badge appears on every product page with no source.

How it bills
Each peptide is one flat monthly price. The pages say it covers medication, clinician care and check-ins, and does not rise with the dose. Shipping is free, and no membership fee is charged. The terms also describe prepaid plans for 3, 6 or 12 months, discounted and paid in full at the start. The sermorelin page says these save up to $600 against monthly billing. No prepaid price is printed before checkout. You can cancel at any time, and canceling stops the next renewal. The refund rules are stricter than the cancel-anytime banners suggest. Cancel before a prescription is written and you get your money back minus a $100 clinician consult fee. Once it is written, nothing is refunded, including unshipped months of a prepaid plan. If a clinician declines you, the refund is full.
