A licensed clinician
Prescribers belong to an independent medical group. They are not Goldspan employees. The about page names three doctors by surname only. One is the medical director. The other two are clinical advisors. The site says a network of board-certified providers covers all 50 states. It does not say who prescribes for you.
You answer an online questionnaire. A clinician may book a 15-minute video visit if your history or state requires one. Refills are automatic. An optional monthly check-in questionnaire lets you adjust the dose. You can message the clinical team at any time through the portal.
Are labs required?

GLP-1 patients need a lab panel 60 to 90 days in, then yearly. The panel is sold in the portal. Its price needs an account. The home page calls labs optional. No peptide page asks for labs.

- Approved only as Egrifta, for excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Its label says it is not indicated for weight loss. Egrifta became a biologic (BLA) on March 23, 2020, and FDA says compounded versions of these products do not qualify for the 503A or 503B compounding exemptions.
