GobyMeds

A platform, not a practice: two outside medical groups do the prescribing, and every order is paid once, with nothing renewing behind it.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated September 2026

The short version

You know who you are dealing with here, at least at the group level. The consent page names both medical groups that may treat you. Nothing renews on its own, so a finished order leaves no charge running. The weak spots are the health claims on the sermorelin and NAD+ pages. Neither page offers a source for its month-by-month promises.

GobyMeds is the trading name of Goby Health LLC, based in Dover, Delaware. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, plus branded Wegovy and Zepbound. For longevity and recovery it sells NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray. Sermorelin comes as an injection, a tablet, a troche and a film strip. Testosterone and hair-loss products sit alongside them. The terms call GobyMeds a technology and administrative platform. It says it does not practice medicine, prescribe or run a pharmacy.

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $169/mo
    • Injection (brand)From $1,695/mo
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
    • Injection (brand)From $1,399/mo

Compounded semaglutide is $169 for one month, printed with a plus sign beside the words one month at any dosage. Tirzepatide is $299 for one month. The homepage leads with $99 a month, which is a twelve-week starter bundle of $299 divided by three. Longer bundles are priced by the highest weekly dose in milligrams. Branded Wegovy is $1,695 a month and Zepbound $1,399.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $179/mo
    • Nasal spray (compounded)From $199/mo

NAD+ is $179 for one month as an injection on its product page. The pricing page lists the same injection at $199 and up, so the two pages disagree. The nasal spray is $199 for a single month. The $116 a month on the homepage is a three-month injection bundle of $349. No dose in milligrams is printed for either form.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
    • Oral (compounded)From $199/mo
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $199/mo

Sermorelin is $199 for one month as an injection, a tablet or a troche. A film strip costs $249. The FAQ says the injection is taken at bedtime, five nights a week. The sermorelin safety page says once daily at bedtime instead. No strength is printed for any form.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $199/mo
    • Oral (compounded)From $199/mo
    • Sublingual (compounded)From $199/mo

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

Care comes from independent medical groups in what GobyMeds calls its provider network. The telemedicine consent names two of them. One is CareValidate, Inc. and its affiliated professional entities. The other is Beluga Health, P.A. Which group treats you depends on your location and the service, and you may not get to choose. No individual clinician is named on the public site. The consent says your provider's identity and license details appear in your account, or on request. Pharmacies are described as 503A or 503B partners licensed in your state. None is named.

You start with an online intake the site says takes five minutes. The consent describes visits as questionnaires, secure messages, phone or video. A provider can require a live video visit before prescribing. If approved, the prescription goes to a partner pharmacy and ships free in cold packs. The site says delivery can take as little as three days. Follow-up runs through the patient portal, where you can message your healthcare provider. There is no subscription, so each refill is a new order with a new clinical review.

Are labs required?

Provider's call

No bloodwork is asked for before a peptide or GLP-1 prescription on any product page. The terms say a provider may still require lab testing before prescribing. Only the testosterone products say labwork costs extra.

What it claims, and what it cites

The homepage carries three outcome figures. It says 18% average weight loss and that 9 in 10 patients call it the most effective treatment to date. It also claims more than 75,000 patients. None of these links to a source or says how it was measured. The semaglutide and tirzepatide pages do cite two trials. They are the published studies of the branded drugs, not of GobyMeds' compounded versions. The sermorelin page goes further. It lays out a month-by-month timeline: better sleep in month one, hair growth, muscle gains and fat loss by month six. Its FAQ answers yes to whether sermorelin is safe long term. The NAD+ page answers yes to whether NAD+ is safe. Neither page cites anything for these answers. The NAD+ card also calls its price the most competitive in telehealth. That card shows $116, the three-month rate.

How it bills

Every order is a single payment. The terms say GobyMeds offers no subscriptions, memberships or automatic renewals. The FAQ adds that it sells up to three months of medication at a time. If a provider declines to prescribe, you get a full refund. If you cancel after a provider has reviewed you, GobyMeds may keep a $50 consultation fee. Once medication is dispensed, it cannot be returned for a refund. Shipping and the consultation are free, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Codes on the promotions page take $25 off NAD+, sermorelin and the starter bundles.

Frequently asked questions

Who actually prescribes through GobyMeds?
A clinician from one of two medical groups, CareValidate or Beluga Health. Your location and the service decide which group you get. Your provider's name and license show up in your account.
Will I have to do a video visit?
Not always. Most care starts with a questionnaire and messages. A provider can ask for a live video visit before prescribing, depending on where you are and what you order.
How is GobyMeds sermorelin taken?
The FAQ says a bedtime injection five nights a week. The safety page says once daily at bedtime. Ask your provider which schedule applies to you, since no strength is printed either.
Is there proof behind the sermorelin timeline?
The page gives none. Its month-by-month results come with no study, and the safety answer is a plain yes with nothing linked.
