Found Youth
A new storefront that names the physician practice and the compounding pharmacy behind it, and keeps the visit in writing.
Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated September 2026
The short version
You can see who is responsible before you start. The terms say Found Youth is a technology platform, not a clinic. The prescribing practice and the dispensing pharmacy are named with addresses. The medical director is named with his NPI number. The trade-off is a thin clinical picture: no dose on most products, no lab step, and a text-only visit.

Visit Found Youth →Found Youth is a cash-pay telehealth storefront run by Josela Investments LLC, with a Miami Beach mailing address. Its founder, Dr. Yanilis Diaz, M.D., writes the about page and the journal. The catalog covers weight loss, skin, longevity and sexual health. Semaglutide and tirzepatide come as weekly injections, as sublingual drops, and as separate microdose products. NAD+ is an injection. Glutathione and PT-141 each come as a nasal spray, plus a second product with no form stated. GHK-Cu is a 2% topical, and sermorelin is sold with no form stated. The site is new. Its legal pages are dated July 2026.

- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $329/mo
- Sublingual (compounded)From $249/mo
Compounded semaglutide injection is $249 a month and tirzepatide injection $329. Each page describes a multi-use vial and a weekly dose, but prints no strength. The sublingual drops are $229 for semaglutide and $249 for tirzepatide. Those pages print no dose or schedule at all. The microdose products are separate: semaglutide at 0.2 mg weekly and tirzepatide at 1.5 mg weekly. A journal essay explains when each path fits, and it names no trial.
Sexual health
- PT-141 (bremelanotide)FDA-approved
- Nasal spray (compounded)From $179/mo
PT-141 nasal spray is $179 a month. A second PT-141 product names no form. Vitality Drops blend PT-141 with oxytocin and tadalafil under the tongue, which is a different product from PT-141 alone.
Longevity
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $299/mo
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Nasal spray (compounded)From $199/mo
NAD+ comes in a multi-use injectable vial at $299 a month. The page prints no dose, vial size or schedule. Glutathione nasal spray is $199 a month, also with no dose printed. A second glutathione product names no form at all, so you cannot tell what it is.
Recovery
- GHK-CuLegal to compound
- Topical (compounded)From $249/mo
- SermorelinLegal to compound
Listed by the seller; no price we hold.
GHK-Cu 2% is a compounded topical at $249 a month, framed around repair, collagen and calming. Sermorelin is sold for sleep and recovery, but its page never says whether it is an injection or something else.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
Listed by the seller; no price we hold.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
Found Youth does not prescribe, and its terms say so. They describe a technology platform connecting you with a provider employed or contracted by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. The compliance page names that practice with a Seattle address. It also names its medical director, Dr. Sean Arora, with his NPI number. Your own clinician comes from that practice and is not named in advance. So the site routes you into a named practice rather than an anonymous network. The telehealth consent says your practitioner is a board-certified physician licensed in your state. The same form names Bask Health Inc. as the platform the visit runs on. Prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, named with its street address and phone number. The terms leave room for another affiliated pharmacy partner.
The intake is an online questionnaire, opened from the Begin Consultation button on each product. Its first screen asks about conditions that may rule the medication out. The FAQ says consultations happen asynchronously, by secure messaging with your Arora Health clinician. A video visit is not mentioned anywhere, and neither is a phone visit. The homepage says a physician reviews your intake within 24 hours. After that, you message your clinician through the patient portal. Every product lists ongoing check-ins with your provider as part of the price. No schedule for that follow-up is published. General order questions go to a support inbox, answered within one business day.
Are labs required?
Not mentioned
No bloodwork is mentioned on any product page, the FAQ or the terms. The intake's first screen screens for conditions, not lab results.

What it claims, and what it cites
The homepage leads with four badges: LegitScript Certified, Physician-Reviewed, 503A Compounded and HIPAA Compliant. The LegitScript badge links to LegitScript's own lookup for the domain. The 503A claim is backed by a named pharmacy. The FAQ is candid on one point that many sellers blur. It says compounded medications are not FDA-approved. It adds that the active ingredients come from FDA-registered facilities, without naming them. The microdose pages promise fewer side effects and steady, sustainable progress. The GLP-1 essay says published trial averages are meaningful and durable. Neither names a study. The sermorelin and NAD+ pages say the medication is third-party tested. No certificate, batch or laboratory is shown. The testimonials are signed with initials and a city, such as C.M., New York.

Sold by Found Youth, not listed here
- Oxytocin
- We have not yet read its FDA status, so we list no seller for it.
- Semaglutide Microdose and Tirzepatide Microdose
- A separate low-dose line (0.2 mg and 1.5 mg weekly) at $149 and $199 a month. It is not a dose step of the full-dose products, so it is not ranked against them.
- Sermorelin, and the plain Glutathione and PT-141 products
- Each page names the compound but not the form, so none can sit on a board that compares like with like.
- Vitality Drops
- A sublingual blend of PT-141, oxytocin and tadalafil. Oxytocin and tadalafil are outside what this site lists.
- Tretinoin, The Crown, The Ember, Vitamin B12 and Methylene Blue
- Skin, hair, vitamin and capsule products, not peptides this site covers.
How it bills
Every product is sold on a term of 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. The 1-month figure is the one used here. Longer terms print one total: semaglutide injection is $669 for three months and $1,259 for six. The return policy calls it a subscription. You can pause, modify or cancel before your next renewal date, in your account or by email. Prescription products cannot be returned, and all sales are final. Damaged, wrong or missing items must be reported within 7 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, so no figure is published. Physician review and follow-up check-ins are listed as included.
Availability: 50 states listed; shipping says continental U.S.
