Contour Health

A small Utah practice where named nurse practitioners see you by video first. GLP-1s, NAD+ and sermorelin are billed per order, with no subscription to cancel.

Review by Molly Ward, goal-guide writer · Updated October 2026

The short version

You get a named provider, a video consult first, and texts at least every two weeks. You pay per order, so stopping costs nothing. The gaps are the evidence behind its claims and a terms page that disagrees with its FAQ.

Contour Health is the trading name of Desert Contour LLC, based in St. George, Utah. It runs four programs online: weight loss, longevity, performance and hair loss. The weight program sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by the vial. Longevity is NAD+ you inject at home. Performance is sermorelin. Hair loss is a once-daily tablet. Two co-founders own it: a nurse practitioner who runs the clinical side and a partner who runs the business.

What Contour Health prescribes, by goal

Weight

  • SemaglutideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $120 per 4 wks$130 a calendar month, our arithmetic
  • TirzepatideFDA-approved
    • Injection (compounded)From $200 per 4 wks$217 a calendar month, our arithmetic

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are once-weekly injections, sold by the vial with no subscription. The page's estimator prints the weekly dose and the vial it needs. Semaglutide runs from a 2.5 mg vial at $250 up to 20 mg at $600. Tirzepatide runs from a 20 mg vial at $500 up to 120 mg at $900. The price cards read $30 a week for semaglutide and $50 for tirzepatide, while the estimator's chooser says semaglutide starts at $25. The exact dose and price are confirmed at the consult. The page sets a target of 1 to 3 pounds a week.

Longevity

  • NAD+Legal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $60/mo

NAD+ is $60 a month, the same at every dose. You inject it under the skin at home. The FAQ says most patients inject 2 to 3 times a week, but no strength or vial size is printed. Its benefit list includes support for DNA repair and improved cognitive function, with nothing cited.

Recovery

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $90/mo

Sermorelin is from $90 a month at the starting dose. No price is printed for a higher dose, and no dose, strength or schedule is printed at all. The page pitches it for lean muscle, bone density, fat metabolism and recovery, without a study behind any of those.

Sleep

  • SermorelinLegal to compound
    • Injection (compounded)From $90/mo

Sermorelin's page lists better sleep quality as a benefit. No dose or schedule is printed, and nothing is cited for the sleep claim.

Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Who prescribes

A licensed clinician

The about page names the people who would treat you. Melissa Musso, a family nurse practitioner and co-founder, leads clinical care. Three more nurse practitioners are named: Theresa Asmus, Whitney Baird and Tiffany Estera. Dr. Laarni Gonzales-Naval, a family medicine physician, is the medical director. The weight page says the nurse practitioners handle your dosing and check-ins. No NPI is printed for any of them, and no state license is listed. The FAQ says you are matched with a provider licensed in your state and keep that provider throughout. Prescriptions are filled by Strive Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy, and the terms list its six US locations.

You request a free consult, and no payment is taken. You then have a Zoom video consultation before any prescription is written. The provider reviews your history and decides whether a prescription fits. After that, most contact is by secure text. The FAQ says check-ins happen at minimum every two weeks, and you can ask for a video follow-up any time. Providers answer within about 24 hours on weekdays and take weekends off. Refills start with you: when about two weeks of medication are left, you message your provider. You agree the next vial size together, and only then are you charged.

Are labs required?

Not required

Labs are not part of the plan. The FAQ answers plainly that no lab work is required before starting. Nothing on the site describes bloodwork being ordered later, either. Your provider works from your history and how you respond.

What it claims, and what it cites

The weight claims are modest and stated as targets. The FAQ gives 1 to 3 pounds a week as the goal for tirzepatide. It does not promise a total. The semaglutide FAQ calls it proven highly effective for weight loss, with no study named. The NAD+ page lists support for DNA repair and improved cognitive function. The sermorelin page lists bone health and sleep. None of these cites anything. The testimonials are labeled. The site says the quotes are verbatim answers from its April 2026 patient survey, and that results vary. The age rule is the claim that does not line up. The FAQ says the program is open to patients 15 and older, with parental consent. The terms say services are available only to people who have reached the legal age of majority.

How it bills

You pay per order, and nothing refills on its own. The FAQ says weight loss, longevity and performance are billed only when you and your provider decide to reorder. It also says there is never a membership, consult or shipping fee on any program. Medication ships from the pharmacy in 3 to 5 business days. Hair loss is the one program that renews. It charges $145 every three months, with a three-month minimum. To stop it, you email at least 30 days before the next charge. The terms add two points the FAQ leaves out. Every product is non-refundable. And the general subscription clause asks for a three-month minimum and 30 days' notice, which the FAQ applies only to hair loss.
