Brightmeds
Brightmeds prices three peptides and two GLP-1s at flat month-to-month rates, with sermorelin and NAD+ at $129 and glutathione at $99. It publishes no dose for any of them.

The short version
The pricing is the clearest thing Brightmeds does. Each peptide has one month-to-month rate, stated repeatedly, with no pack, no tier and no first-month teaser. Against that, the site names no clinician, prints no milligram for any product, and gives two different answers about which states it serves. Its own terms also contradict the fee promise on its landing pages.

Lowest listed: Glutathione injection, from $99/mo
Its terms say 47 states, excluding Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi; the GLP-1 offer footnote lists 38 states and D.C.
Visit Brightmeds →Brightmeds is a cash-pay telehealth shop grouped into GLP-1 treatment, testosterone and peptides, and longevity. The peptides are sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione, each an injection you give yourself at home. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are sold month to month or as a three-month pack, with a separate microdosing line priced only inside a quiz. Brand Zepbound is routed differently: Brightmeds charges a consult fee and the prescription goes to LillyDirect.
What Brightmeds prescribes, by goal
Weight
- SemaglutideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo
- TirzepatideFDA-approved
- Injection (compounded)From $149/mo
- Injection (brand)Price not published
Compounded semaglutide is $129 a month, or $99 on a three-month pack billed once at $297. Tirzepatide is $149, or $119 on a $357 pack. Semaglutide carries a once-weekly label; tirzepatide carries no dose and no schedule at all. Neither prints a milligram, and dose escalation is described without numbers.
Longevity
- NAD+Legal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo
- GlutathioneLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $99/mo
NAD+ is $129 a month and glutathione $99, both month to month with no pack beneath them. Both pages print no dose, no volume and no frequency, saying only that you follow the schedule your clinician sets. Each sets its price against an unsourced figure the page calls a typical cash price.
Recovery
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo
Sermorelin is $129 a month, and the page repeats four times that the rate is fixed and is not a first month that steps up later. It prints no dose and no frequency.
Sleep
- SermorelinLegal to compound
- Injection (compounded)From $129/mo
The sermorelin page says the injection is usually taken in the evening and that a clinician sets the rest. It prints no dose in milligrams, so nothing connects that timing to an amount.
Each “From” figure is the seller’s own starting price, in the unit the seller states. Where a required fee or a package length changes what one month costs, the smaller line under it is our arithmetic, not a figure the seller prints. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Who prescribes
A licensed clinician
Brightmeds names no clinician anywhere on its site. There is no medical director, no license number and no state roster. The pages say only that treatment is prescribed by board-certified, US-licensed physicians. The terms name three different groups of entities: two pharmacies, two medical groups, and a longer list of professional corporations inside the telehealth consent. None of those names appears on a product page.
The intake is an eight-step online questionnaire that starts by asking your state. A physician reviews it and the medication ships if you are approved. A video visit is not mentioned anywhere in the peptide or GLP-1 flow. Testosterone is the exception: it states a physician consult and quarterly check-ins. Clinician follow-up and messaging are included in the peptide plans at no extra charge.
Are labs required?
Not for the peptides
The peptide and GLP-1 landers say no laboratory fee is required for the offer, and no lab is sold with them. Testosterone is different: bloodwork is required and described as free, with follow-ups at three and six months. The terms then state that an initial lab test costs $100 and that the fee is non-refundable if you do not proceed.

What it claims, and what it cites
The outcome claims are benefit bullets with nothing behind them. Sermorelin is said to support lean muscle and fat metabolism, glutathione to make skin glow, NAD+ to speed recovery after exercise. No study, trial or figure is named for any of them. The homepage calls the offering evidence-based while the site carries no references section at all. A press strip shows five publication logos, none of them a link and none naming an article.

How it bills
Every peptide is billed monthly and renews until you cancel. The terms ask you to cancel by email or phone at least five business days before the next renewal. The two GLP-1s add a three-month pack billed once. Shipping is free and the landers say there is no separate consultation or prescribing fee. The brand Zepbound cards contradict that, charging a $100 consult fee with the medication billed by LillyDirect. Fees are non-refundable by default under the terms, apart from a full refund if a clinician finds you ineligible. A separate six-month weight-loss guarantee applies to the GLP-1s only and carries nine conditions, including a starting body mass index above 30 and a claim window between days 168 and 190.
